“They did not have the item in stock with a wait time of 3 weeks. That was fine and I ordered item. They e-mailed me with a update for delivery and I am very pleased with the service and item.”

“Second time we have used Appliances Direct and yet again a very good experience. The delivery guys informed us they were coming and were polite and hard working. They carried our very heavy fridge freezer up to our first floor flat placed in situ and removed all packaging. Above and beyond expectations! Many thanks!”

“They could supply what I wanted at an excellent price, I was kept up to date with delivery information. Appliance arrived on time, the delivery crew unpacked and took away the packaging and my old appliance for recycling. Really happy with my new freezer. What's not to like?”

“Excellent service from point of ordering right through to delivery. The customer service lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and took my order there and then. The washing machine was delivered 3 days later by 2 very efficient and delightful men. Have used company previously on 4 occasions and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Their prices and selection were the the best I found when looking for a fridge freezer on-line, the delivery was speedy and I was kept well-informed of delivery time. I called customer services as I needed a quicker delivery date than I had originally requested, and the associate was very helpful and accomodating. Will definitely buy from this company again!”

“I spoke to a customer service person prior to my purchase to get information in general. Spoke to her several times thereafter by email and always got a prompt reply.
