“Excellent service, telephoned to see what delivery would be suitable. Contacted us before delivery giving an exact delivery time. Brought appliance into kitchen and were very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Easy to order, found exactly what I wanted a pre-assembled bathroom cabinet, (dont do flat pack !!!) super fast delivery couldn't believe it delivered in less than 24 hours , will def use again/recommend .”

“Every thing about order for a new washer/drier was done exactly as we had hoped for. The new machine was delivered exactly on time and the delivery men were polite and courteous, they even unpacked the machine and left it in the exact place e for me to install.well done to all involved, we will recommend appliances direct to all and sundry./”

“Great service. Ordered Monday afternoon and delivery was to be made between 8.45 and 10.45. Courier phoned half an hour beforehand as promised and delivery made at 8.45. Drivers were very helpful and placed items where requested. I will definitely use Appliances Direct again and will recommend them to my friends.”

“This was an excellent service. I knew exactly when the delivery people were arriving. No sitting about from 9am to 9pm as some offer! Polite and cheerful delivery men. Wish all services were as good, efficient and reliable. Would certainly use again.”

“I ordered an Indesit IDV75 7kg vented tumble dryer and it’s easy to use, looks good and the Appliances Direct site was so easy to use to place the order. It was then easy to track the order, the courier advised time of delivery and then unpacked it, checked it over and then took away the rubbish...brilliant!”

“Item was 20% cheaper then Argos an 15% cheaper then AO so was no brainer to buy from Appliances Direct.Item was in my home 3 days from point of ordering and was fully kept up to date from purchess confirmations to delivery times even given a 3 hr slot the van would be arriving the evening before delivery date . On day if delivery GPS interface opens up on tracking order page to even see delivery van location... The experience was stress free made sweeter by the cheapest price anywhere for my dryer .. 9 out of 10 .. they lost 1 pount for salesman ringing me to try flig me extended warranty handy for some but not for me .”

“Very impressed, delivery as expected. Was notified of the time of delivery and called on the day. Delivery drivers took the television into the room required and helped unpack before checking to ensure it was in perfect condition and taking photos of the tv.”
