“This was the first time that I had ordered from Appliances Direct and I have to say it was a good experience. Ordered my tumble dryer on the Friday, received a call on the Friday afternoon talking me through the delivery process. On the Saturday, I received an e-mail giving me a 2 hour delivery slot. The driver arrived an hour after this time, but he had rang ahead to say that he was running late. This was much appreciated as otherwise I wouldn’t have been happy. We have several other new kitchen appliances to purchase and we will not hesitate to consider appliances direct for these items.”

“Did exactly what they said on the tin. I paid the extra for express delivery and it arrived iwithin the time slot stayed. It was positioned where I wanted it and checked for damage. Couldn’t be happier with the service”

“Only company to promise delivery within 2-3 days and kept to that promise. When you have to replace a broken appliance this is really important other companies could only manage 10-14 days. Very pleased delivery very professional and quick.”
