“Couldn't be easier. I was replacing an induction hob that I accidentally cracked (insurance paid up). I bought the original from Appliance Direct 2 years or so ago and they still had the same model. Few clicks and purchased, I drove down to collect and fitted the new hob all before lunch. Thank you.”

“'It did what it said on the tin' and the delivery was perfect. Installation by my plumber was straight forward. but........I hate it !!!!!! It has ruined the look of my small but lovely kitchen and it sits there on the work top LOOMING over everything. It has used up my only working space. Left an unusable corner where previously sat the Coffee m/c, Toaster and Kettle which now sits on a narrow end of the worktop, crammed in with the Toaster perilously close to the sink. Can I trade it back for a replacement Electriq 10 EQDWINT45”
