“Firstly the sink I ordered was significantly cheaper than anywhere else which is always nice. I was not expecting the sink until later this month, but received an Email to say it had been dispatched but with the same date, so I contacted Appliances Direct to see if it could be delivered earlier they said they would try and it was delivered yesterday. It makes a change for a company to do what they say they will Well done and Thank you.”

“We ordered two appliances a Bosch gas hob, 5 burner model which we love and an Amica chimney style cooker hood which we also love. Both are well made and look good and I would have no problems recommending these to anyone.”

“Great service. Arrived a day earlier than expected and the info provided as to delivery date and on the day itself was wonderful. I even got a message to say how many drops away the delivery was. Driver was really friendly. 5 star rating from me.”

“Appliance Direct did the opposite of make me happy, I ordered a toilet from them a month ago, it arrived with missing parts, it took a couple of phone calls but their customer services sent out a replacement ... it arrived smashed, once again they apologised and arranged a re delivery, it never came even though i received a despatch note, after contacting customer services again i was told it was not in stock and had never been sent out..Truly abysmal service! They could not have wound up a customer more.. through ineptitude,lack of communication, lack of respect for the customer and the appointment of terrible couriers.”

“Appliance as ordered, undamaged and delivered as agreed. Notice of arrival time by phone just before delivery and I was kept up to date which saved me from constantly looking out for a delivery van.”
