“Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery (the next day!) The delivery guys were very helpful and phoned to let me know they were 20 minutes away. They helped me to feed the plug through the back of my cupboard to plug in the new freezer and adjusted its feet for me too without me asking.”

“the customer service was spot on and very helpful had a problem with the screws with tv and was not with it so still sorted out with bracket and sent it free and discount too very happy with service this is how companys should be and not just after your money. would put them up as company of the year award”

“Awful delivery service. They do not bring items up any stairs. I asked for them to wait 5 minutes so I could try and lift the fridge freezer myself to ensure it fit round the stairs ok - they refused. The guys called head office who said I must sign for the package and it was left on my doorstop - awful. Unless you are ok with a delivery to your door only - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
