“Bought through appliances direct for their next day delivery, except it wasn't. waited in all day did not hear a thing. As website says item could be delivered up to 8pm i did not call until 8pm at which point the lines were closed. When i did call they said the delivery could not be made on the arranged day and that they had left a message on my answer phone, except they didn't. Advice to future customers, if you can wait a few extra days go somewhere else as i wouldn't rely on their next day delivery(John Lewis similar price when allowing for delivery costs)”

“I needed a dehumidifier looked every were for one ,but was also expensive, until I saw appliance direct found the one that I liked also good price ,I have now a dehumidifier it works and happy with it !!!!!!!”

“Dear all, just to say that I am very happy with Appliance Direct. The web site is easy to handle and the staff is very friendly. You know when they are coming as they give you a time slot and then they call you half an hour before there at your door step. We ordered two appliance in two month and I will order more with them if needed.”

“Great product at an excellent price. Works absolutely perfectly so far and perfect condition when delivered. Delivery was slightly expensive but was next day and compared to other companies is reasonable. Good warranty and the process of purchasing was extremely smooth. Only criticism was that I couldn't find a way to download the invoice to send to the supplier so had to printscreen it and edit it but that only takes a minute. Overall, the whole service was pretty seamless.”
