“Yep, Spot on! Got a very quick delivery (next day) and then a month or so later this appliance developed a fault and got a very quick replacement (next day) only not at home and got it delivered to friends house nearby (feather-in-cap for your carriers). your service is great as it is. Thanks”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! They took my money 8 weeks ago (£3800) they gave me a delivery date. I rang the company the day before it was due to be delivered and I was told that the order would be with me the following day, so I took the day off work. I then received an email the morning of the delivery day that said I wouldn’t be getting the delivery and someone would contact me to rearrange. They didn’t call!! The following week I rang this awful company back to be told that none of the appliances I had ordered 8 WEEKS AGO were even in stock except the sink!!! 🤣 I was then told the equipment could be another 8 weeks. Appliances direct purposely took my money knowing this equipment wasn’t in stock. I then had to wait 5 days for the money to go back into my account, This left me over drawn. Never have I had such a bad experience”

“This was my first experience of ordering a phone from Appliances Direct. I read reviews and then decided to go for it. The product came on time (in fact it came 2 days earlier) and it looked as advertised so I was very happy with the service. I also liked that I could pay for it using my Amazon account.”

“The company itself is great but the company they use to deliver the goods is absolute rubbish. They cane to deliver and take away old washing machine and they were very rude and did not take old washing machine. This is not the first time they let me down as on previous purchases they delivered damaged goods.”

“Ordered a dehumidifier, the first arrived and died after 2 days, they offered a replacement and arranged the collection and redelivery, the new one is working so far as expected. The whole process was sorted professionally and would recommend to anyone.”

“I took a day off work to receive my fridge freezer. No delivery but I received messages to say the delivery has been rescheduled for today. Not much good to me. No way to contact the courier and no proactive help when I contacted appliances direct.”

“The goods were delivered on time.washing machine plumbed in,fridge freezer put in position. All carried out efficiently old machines disposed of. Small mark on the front of the fridge freezer contacted head office and came to an agreeable conclusion within 24 hours excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Very good prices.”
