“Painless transaction I saw the cooker that I wanted ordered it online and paid for it. They did ring me to confirm delivery date etc. It was delivered on that day to a room of my choice and unpacked and cardboard etc taken away. I Paid for that option but the deliverymen hadn't been informed of it which I found a bit strange. Love my new cooker.”

“great online experience got call the same day from a lady giving me delivery date got delivery but lady had said i would get phone call 1 hour before delivery which i did not get and as im disabled delivery driver chapped my door and left gas hob at my front door but i managed to get to door and call him back to put into my kitchen but im happy with how it all went”

“I bought an electriq liquidiser which is superb, well made, very functional and great value from this company. However, it suddenly stopped one day. Fearing the worst, I contact Appliances direct and without a moments delay they said they’d come out and collect it. Just testing it the next morning, it worked perfectly, it must have just tripped out. I contacted them next day to thank them and that I did not need a replacement. I was so impressed by the initial response, I’ll definitely buy from this great firm again.”

“I bought an A1 rated refurbished retro fridge freezer which was heavily discounted and is like new. I really can't find anything at all wrong with it (and I'm picky!) I was given a quick delivery date on placing the order and then was subsequently offered an even earlier delivery at no extra cost. The delivery people were pleasant, respectful and helpful. My only issue was the very early delivery time of 7am ...but then this allowed me to get the fridge freezer set up and in full use by the afternoon.”

“We ordered table top dishwasher from Appliances Direct. Unfortunately (to our detriment) we did not measure the spot we intended to use. The dishwasher was too big for the area. The returns process was very easy. I was able to sort a return label in under five minutes. There was absolutely no fuss. My refund was processed promptly as well. They did deduct a nominal amount from my refund for the return. I accepted the terms of the return and refund happily. The customer service was top notch (I do customer service as a job and have high expectations) and I was very pleased with how easy everything was from ordering to delivery to collection and finally the refund. It is unfortunate that we made the mistake, however, I cannot fault Appliances Direct for how swiftly they handled my case.”

“Ordered on a Monday morning next day delivery which I had to pay extra for. Next day email arrived to say would be delivered Thursday. Called customer service at 13p per minute, using up all my mobile buffer. Told by customer services to call dpd to find out why. My contract not with dpd I bought from yourselves why should I call a parcel firm you have employed to deliver for yourselves.”

“They had what we wanted in stock at a reasonable price, in October 2021 that was a big thing. The offered a good selection of delivery times and communication was exactly as they said it would be. Only four stars because the description of "placing appliance in place and removing packaging" was not strictly true, they delivered the item without packaging resulting in slight damage. I should say that the customer service over this issue was faultless.”

“I ordered a hood from appliance direct grade A and the details stated it would be repackaged completely and had just been opened. However it has minor scratches to it and the package was ripped open.”

“This doorbell was an excellent buy, and I would recomend this doorbell , it was delivered on time, it is very easy to install, I am happy with cost, I did talk to customer service who were very helpful and polite and eager to help me, I am very happy with my purchase.”
