“Item arrived on time as described excellent. Absolutely not excellent is the convoluted nightmare of dial this if you want this, that if you want that in an attempt to get through worse than BT or Barclays Bank which is saying something. Chat line also asks for an 8 digit no. which a new customer does not have! Useless. Very finally got through to a pleasant lady who was able to help but would hesitate to ring again.”

“Bosch oven on offer for under £600 and paid for delivery in 4 days time but after a couple of hours received text message to deliver next day at no extra cost. Wow what can I say excellent service delivered in the time frame. Thank you Appliances Direct.”
