“The tumble dryer is excellent. However, despite paying for an uplift for my old kid didn’t happen. Do not use this company as the service isn’t up to scratch.”

“Helpful employee with telephone enquiry regarding induction hob on Rangemaster oven. Difficulty nationwide on stock issues with this particular product but AD had several in stock Prompt next day delivery had I wished for. However, I needed to make delivery arrangements at home so opted for three working days notice. Good communication throughout with delivery window of 2hrs notified the day before and texts to say when would be with us. Most efficient all round. No hiccups. And charming lady who answered the telephone when I first enquired. Bingo!”

“My cooker arrived severely damaged. Delivery men were fabulous, took photos to verify and told me to ring customer services. Customer service were very helpful, arranged a replacement straight away which was delivered 3 days later.”

“I bought a very competitively-priced replacement CCTV DVR/Controller for my home system as my old one had failed (or so I thought). I thought I also had a fault with the new one I'd bought but after contacting the lads (Jayson & Keelan) in AD's CS Tech dept who were very prompt in their replies and sound in their advice, I found that the power supply to my old machine had been the problem all along. So now I have 2 x CCTV controllers but at least I'll know what to check if I have a similar problem in the future. Well done AD's Tech Support!”

“This company are only getting 1 start as you cant leave 0 stars. Patently false advertising where they list appliances as in stock and available for delivery, whereas when I called up to confirm the delivery date (having spent nearly £1000 in purchases for 3 x items) you are informed they are out of stock or awaiting delivery. DISHONEST and MISLEADING - AVOID”

“Ordered in stock ice machine 7 days before I was due to go away twice canceled collection,either it was not in stock or had been re allocated to someone Lesley tried to contact on line it was a nightmare took 5 attempts and they still could. It sort before I went away due to pick up on my return next week”

“The delivery was and still is the issue still not had the item delivered two promised dates both missed photos was a random picture of a gate. Contacted DPD and was assured a call back by the delivery agent no surprise when no call received. Still waiting for a new date!!!!.”

“All good and arrived quicker than expected as we paid for standard delivery HOWEVER the delivery date stated in the confirmation and subsequent tracking was rubbish. It informed us we would receive 1st October which changed our plans for that day but the tracking never got passed the ‘label has been printed’. so we had no clue as to it’s arrival. it subsequently arrived and left on the front doorstep in the rain whilst we were out shopping. Not good for an electrical item in a cardboard box,”
