“Broght a air conditioner from you guys worked for 5 days there totally dies you send a email to customer services then they fob you off with a email saying they will get back to you which they don’t you try to ring them wait in a que for a hour and it cuts you off”

“THE DELIVER LET THEM DOWN , A TATTY RED VAN TURNED UP , SOUNDED LIKE A TANK. A YOUNG SLIM LADY WITH VERY LIMITED ENGLISH IN FORMED ME I HAD TO GET THE LARGE BOX OFF THE VAN , SHE COULD NOT BRING IT TO THE DOOR , I AM ILL WITH CFS/ME I COULD NOT GET IT, SHE PULLED THE BIG HEAVY BOX OUT OF THE VAN , IT MUST HAVE BOUNCED WHEN IT HIT THE ROAD BUT I DID NOT SEE THAT. SO SHE LEFT THE BOX IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ON THE WHITE LINE . I HAD TO FIND A SMALL TROLLY AND TAKE IT IN TO HOME , THIS ADVERSELY AFFECTED MY HEALTH . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS I PAID FOR NEXT DAY”

“Can't leave no stars hence 1. Paid for removal of old and installation of new washing machine. Person who came to do this wouldn't do it because the old one was integrated. This actually means it had a door on the front... a very easy, 30 second job. Re booked the removal and installation. They had my tenant's details but didn't communicate with her... instead they emailed me to say they weren't coming. She waited in half of the day. Have sorted it ourselves and now await a refund. Useless.”

“Website easy to navigate and delivery was spot on. Good deal for the price I paid for the portable AC unit. But I have a issue with the product itself, making too much knocking noise very often from the second day. Let’s see how it goes with the replacement or fixing it.”

“I purchased two identical tower fans to help keep the bedrooms comfortable in the hot weather. They were a great price compared to most other places and arrived within a couple of days with Standard delivery. Very happy with products and service.”

“I haven’t actually received the ice maker yet as dpd only deliver whilst I am at work and it does not allow me to change the time or make it at the weekend. I have no idea how I am supposed to take delivery of this???”
