“I ordered our new Swan microwave at 9.30pm on 22nd December having suddenly realised we couldn’t get through Christmas without one. The Appliances Direct website was easy to navigate and the microwave was delivered by 3.30pm the following day! There were no hitches and service was excellent. I would definitely use Appliances Direct over Amazon now.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered new dehumidifier at 3.15pm, was delivered before 10am next day. Very happy as all other things I had ordered from other places were severely delayed.”

“The delivery timeslot was arranged but ran late (rang to inform) understandable at Christmas during a pandemic The fridge was to be stored in the garage however due to packaging, it was too large to fit through the door. Deliverer went to leave on the drive and had to be convinced by the disabled partner and her elderly father to help and try second time without trolly. Went in however left blocking the only point of access, the driver must have had the engine running as he left my heart arthemic FIL to move a fridge on his own with no trolly so we could close the garage. If I'd had been there I'd have been furious, sadly like quoted above they were late Product and online interaction were fine, delivery service was a laughable joke. Would be hard to recommend, such a shame”

“No confirmation, call them to find out what’s going on and it takes 20 minutes or so for them to answer. Get mobile bill, call cost £26!”
