“My new fridge arrived the following morning after ordering; great service. One minor complaint; I paid to have the old one removed but the driver explained that with the current situation that wasn’t possible. Swift apology and refund from AD but It would have been better to have known in advance and not charged. Otherwise very good service indeed.”

“Ordered 2x items (washing machine and drier), paid standard delivery. 1x item delivered (drier) then told 2nd item out of stock, no answer from their customer services. Had to go to Curry's to buy a washing machine. No apologies from Appliances Direct; still waiting for refund. Not impressed.”

“Great experience from ordering to delivery. Great choice of goods and good comparisons. Delivery was good regular updates and was delivered ahead of schedule. The dryer itself has been used three times today and is great so far. My last one lasted 15 years, let’s hope this is the same.”
