“WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE . GOT A TEXT ABOUT 6.30 IN THE MORNING TUESDAY THE DAY BEFORE YOU WERE TO DELIVER THE APPLIANCES, WEDNESDAY, TO SAY WHEN THE WERE COMING. I ARRANGED FOR THEM TO BE FITTED ON THURSDAY, RECEIVED A CALL WEDNESDAY TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT BE GETTENG DELIVERED AS THEY DID NOT HAVE THEM YET . AND WOULD NOT BE GETTING DELIVERED TILL SATUARDAY. WHY ARRANGE FOR THINGS TO BE DELIVERED WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE THEM. AND CONSIDERING WE PAID £50 DELIVEREY I THINK ITS TERRABLE THE WAY IT WAS DONE”

“Wouldn’t use again, website said stock in place, confirmed in writing when order was placed for delivery in about 3 days. Only to receive email saying that they couldn’t deliver now and I had to wait another 2 weeks. When I enquiries the reason, they said it was a manufacturing delay?? IN STOCk surely means it is there not it is on order. Had no communication from them, had to chase myself eventually it turned up 3 weeks after order placed. Managed to get refunded for the delivery charge but still poor service.”
