“I got my item one day early which was a good start. I bought a mobile aircon unit, tested it, all seem good. Cant wait til actually get to use it.”

“5 stars for prompt service and delivery, I also decided to pay the extra cost of having my washing machine taken away, as of yet its still sitting in the middle of my drive awaiting collection How long must I wait before this happens, or will it never happen. Such a let down.”

“Everything Great BUT .... I had reason to ring and get advice on my delivered item. Didn't realise their call number beginning 087 charges me 58p/minute before I rang. Had to go through MANY .... press 1 , press 2 etc and eventually I was cut off before getting any advice .... BEWARE calling them on this number .... ALWAYS email them. I only realised when my CAP limit was reached and informed me... luckily I set a small CAP limit.”

“Very efficient service delivered on time with due notifications. When, after unpacking, damage was found to the drier it was replaced within 24 hours. Should add that the damage must have been there before Hoover wrapped the drier as the packaging was unblemished so not the fault of the courier or Appliance Direct.”

“Delivery on day of my choice. The courier placed box inside my front door as requested. However, When I said that I Had to unpack it to check all ok he said he couldn't wait for that and had taken a photograph of box, inside door, as proof of delivery of undamaged box. Thankfully I found no damage when I unpacked it.”

“Deliverer left purchase on front door step even though I was in. There is a bell and it works, but was not used. Door step is visible from street, so not very clever.”

“There was a hiccup in that the original delivery date for my order was delayed by a week, although I was kept informed by Appliances Direct. The induction hob was very poorly packaged - the carton wasn't sealed and was torn and had partially come open. The DPD driver was great and waited patiently while I removed the hob and checked for damage. Fortunately it appeared to be ok.”

“Bought cooker , uplift of old cooker and fitting new one. Was told would be done with 5 days. Received email confirming the 28th. Called on the 28th as hadnt received any calls. Was told it was definetly coming. Cooker never arrived. No call anything. Called next day, was told somebody would call me back in 3 hours. Nobody called. Spoke to someone after calling back to be told cooker was going to be 14 days. Asked to cancel order as i would like to feed my family at some point. Was told they need to get the cooker back before they can refund me . I do not know where this cooker is . Really disappointed.”

“You handled my problems OK. The only problem I had was, I had to return both microwaves before you would send replacements. This was done very speedily, but did delay me getting the microwaves. I thought delivery on part would have been more economical if you could have picked up the damaged microwaves when delivering a replacement. And quicker for me.”
