“Awful company -sit over an hour to talk to somebody about a problem a oven that didn't work and a damaged back panel in the end gave up ! Entered it online and there still messing about now Wednesday I have kindly asked for a replacement for obvious reasons and there still messing me about -Certainly AVOID these there customer services is appalling so wished I would have purchased from CURRYS !”

“When the ice maker arrived it was not functioning correctly. Contacting the company was not easy 30 minutes on hold. They arranged for collection but put the wrong address for collection so of course the driver was told nothing to collect. A wasted day waiting in. After more time on hold finally sorted. Item was collected and after two day a new one arrived which worked correctly. No issues at all with the product or the response in sorting a replacement in the end, just the process was frustrating. In future their online contact form proved much more efficient than phoning. The on hold music was awful, really really awful.”

“Well you managed to install the machine after 1hr of trying, unfortunately in doing so, you also damaged my front door getting the machine in and scraped the slate tiles in the kitchen putting the machine into place .”
