“I am a landlord and have always used Ao. com recently I bought a cooker from appliances direct it was slightly less expensive but it turned up broken and dangerous appliances ;Direct showed no urgency in trying to resolve the situation only received emails no one answered the phone and they said they rang when they never Plus there was a £20 delivery charge which made the appliance the same price don’t bother with them”

“Very pleased, couldn't have asked for more. Ordered one day delivered next day & delivery was earlier than stipulated. Up and running as soon as I unwrapped it. Will certainly use Appliances Direct again if needed in the future.”

“Delay of 3 weeks from first date I was advised appliance would be delivered. Poor communication about delay resulting in me having to contact them. I was without a fridge/freezer for 3 weeks because I removed it from the house the day before my new one was to be delivered except it wasn't delivered on that day. I was not offered any compensation which would have been the right thing for the company to do. After choosing another appliance and agreeing a delivery date I waited in for 11 hours but it was not delivered until the next day.”

“Ordered several items,oven,hob, fridge freezer and sink,all ok except pan stands for hob were damaged on arrival,replaced quickly however new items both arrived damaged and I have had poor customer service since. Been offered £10 refund or £15 credit if I keep the damaged ones and after refusing and just wanting new undamaged ones I have been asked to confirm the part number, surely the company should know there own product numbers!”

“Ordered an Electriq built in electric oven, excellent value for money. Fast delivery with advance notification of expected delivery date and time from both customer services and then from the delivery driver on the day. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.”

“Diabolical service! Don't believe the paid for delivery service, they let you down! You won't receive your goods when it's been agreed! Don't uphold their delivery agreement. Shoddy service, we're going elsewhere.”

“My tumble dryer finally gave up the ghost and I needed a new one ASAP. Found one that I liked and placed the order which was really easy (I am a total dinosaur with technology) and requested next day delivery. Received a message from the courier company with a time slot the next day. Delivery was spot on and the delivery people were great. Would definitely recommend Appliances Direct. Their service was excellent.🤗”
