“Smooth service from purchase to delivery. Delivery driver rang 30 minutes before arrival as promised. He was very respectful of my property and put the washing machine exactly where I asked him to put it.”

“The hob was in good shape and looked beautiful. But sadly the delivery service did not match its quality of hob. I was told the hob would be delivered between 1-2 pm. I had an installer waiting at the property, on the fourth floor, all day. On his way home, he found the item at the entrance of the building. It turned out that the deliverer had dropped the item at the building's entrance without bothering to inform us. The installer had to come back the following day to install the hob.”

“Actual purchasing was easy enough but still awaiting delivery of our rather expensive microwave so not sure why we’ve just been prompted to leave a review! Advised last week that the item was being delivered on Thursday but no update re the failed delivery since then. Not sure if AD think this has actually been delivered but I would think that they could track the order like we can and the courier’s website shows it still at their depot.”

“I ordered a coffee machine to be shipped to the Netherlands. Took them three days to confirm my payment (I had to call) but then they called me again to confirm the address and I finally had the machine within 8 days of my order. Very nice customer service and Myoverall experience was great!”
