“The BBQ I purchased needed assembly which was straight forward but would be easier with two people. Unfortunately although the packing was undamaged the BBQ had a small chip out of the enamel. On contacting Appliance Direct they responded within 24 hrs and resolved the situation very professionally I rate their customer service highly. The BBQ works well.”

“You need to liaise with delivery company better . I was told by yourselves it would be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday, but didn't receive it until Tuesday as company do not deliver on Bank Holidays!”
