“Your driver was un cooperative I was told it's a 2 man delivery He came by himself He's said it was Up to him we're he leaves the goods I had to help him take the goods inside He called my premises a building site Where he wasn't allowed to deliver It's not a building site it's brand new kitchen which is finished at the back of the house where there was adequate access to take the goods inside This guy actually does not know how to handle packed goods even in trolley Where do you find these people from The delivery was for a disabled woman Thank god I was there . The last drivers brought the goods inside and un packed them and then took photos I don't think I will order from yourselves again”

“Appliances Direct is badly let down by their courier, Arrow XL. First they claimed there was nobody at home (we were) and sent a photo of a country lane as proof they had tried the house (!). Then when delivery was rescheduled, the drivers refused to remove the packaging, even though we had paid extra for this. Appliances Direct customer services team said all the right things and the fee was refunded, but the whole experience was frustrating, and left me wishing I'd gone with John Lewis.”

“As always a wide selection of products to suit all pockets. Prompt delivery and removal of my old appliance. I did have an issue which was resolved very quickly by a very good customer service e team. This is my go to company whenever I need a new appliance.”

“The company is OK, but a product recall process took longer than I expected. This is what happened: 1) An item I purchased was subject to a product recall 2) After a delay a replacement item (with collection of recalled item) was arranged 3) This did not happen, not sure why 4) I contacted Applicance Direct, and another swap was scheduled. 5) This was successfull. So we go there in the end, but the product recall took two and half months! Not sure what caused the problem, maybe multiple issues.”

“Well, what can I say about this company. I placed a order about 7.30 on Thursday,it was delivered the next day by 11 am. I missed the delivery because I didn't think I would get it for a few days. It was easy to rebook. DPD delivered it on time on my chosen day. Lovely looking piece of equipment. Am really pleased with it. Would definitely buy from this company again if I need anything.”
