“Item arrived on time as described excellent. Absolutely not excellent is the convoluted nightmare of dial this if you want this, that if you want that in an attempt to get through worse than BT or Barclays Bank which is saying something. Chat line also asks for an 8 digit no. which a new customer does not have! Useless. Very finally got through to a pleasant lady who was able to help but would hesitate to ring again.”
