“I placed the order with confidence, having bought an item from Appliances Direct before. The delivery was aborted first time but the problem at my end was sorted. The follow up delivery was made a couple of days later. Very efficient service with my old appliance removed and new oven installed. Everything left very tidy. I have had excellent service from the delivery people, who were so nice. Customer services have been so very helpful from start to finish. The price was very competitive. I chose to pay for extra services, removal of old appliance, connection of new. These were also well priced and saved a lot of inconvenience. Very satisfied with my experience, thank you.”

“I got what I requested and paid for. Prompt delivery. Polite and efficient installers with a some obstacles to connect new machine. Slight dent on one side of the dishwasher but tiny and won't be seen and shouldn't affect the working parts.”

“I ordered a kitchen sink on 1st Oct and expected to be delivered within days stated on the purchase website. I was checking the delivery date daily to make sure I can get it before 6th Oct. On 6th Oct, I surprised found my delivery date has been moved to 10th Oct. I was really panic as I can't afford for this delay. The plumber and carpenter both need the item as part of the joined work at other side of the London. No one will be at the delivery address to accept the item. I rang your sales helpline, the person answered my call is on the other side of the world and told me is nothing he can do. I was very upset and asked him to take an action to arrange it to be delivered to the address next day as being promised on your website. Eventually, he managed moving the delivery date on 5th Oct. Be honest, I lost all my confident to order the goods from your website after this experience. I hope you will fix your system error as soon as possible to avoid losing more customers like me.”
