Purchased a Bosch Fridge Freezer just under £500 from AO at the end of May. It arrived with a dent on the top contacted AO with evidence was offered £30 refund. Refused and asked for a replacement as they were not willing to do anything. A replacement arrived 10 days later with another dent on the side panel. Driver took photos and sent to AO. Contacted AO not willing to do anything for a product that cost almost £500,Supposingly best German make (not). Best offer was £45 refund. Again I refused. Comment from their driver was they are all the same except they hope that the customer doesn't see it. I have asked for a full refund now and they can take away their damaged f/f that cost £500, £25 delivery and £10 set up fees and £20 taking the old one away. Scandalous! Will not buy from AO.com ever again.

The managing director David Ashwell of expertlogistics who are part of ao.com have failed so miserably to deliver on 3 separate occasions due incompetence throughout the company. Excuses given are driver sickness, item not loaded on to lorry, scanning guns went down, can't locate your item, sorry we have located your item and now oh sorry again we can't locate the item. It has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY COMPANY THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH AO.COM.

AOL 211204217 NOT Delivered as promised 01/06/2021, Unintelligible call from U/Known number. Only stating delivery not carried out, unknown reason. Delivery expected Thursday 6th......my diary says the 6th is Sunday. This call was automated, no real person speaking...........

Incredibly poor 2 large items bought (washer-fridge freezer) both literally failed after 13 months phoned the support and absolutely no help whatsoeger. Really poor won't recommend and definitely won't be buying again.

Time slot good, the delivery lads - good. However they were delivering a new fridge freezer which they had to lift from their van as no tailgate. It turned out to be damaged so had to be lifted back into the van. This type of handling could damage the bottom of the appliance. I paid for installation of new appliance but they wouldn’t have been able to do this as my old appliance was hard wired. This should be clearer on the AO website. Not the delivery lads fault but so inconvenient and so disappointing. Refund requested.

Really poor service from these people. Got a call from customer service stating driver turned back due to a overhanging tree at property. Needless to say this was nonsense excuse as no over hanging tree with a risk to damaging vehicle exists and is sounding to me like a typical wanting to finish early on a Friday afternoon excuse. Will never use again

Absolutely awful. Firstly I get told I can’t cancel my contact when the confirmation email I received showed the wrong product being delivered. After hours & hours of phone calls & emails I am still in contract with a phone I have never received & been charged a months line rental plus £250 out of pocket. Customer service is absolutely awful & never get back you. One even put the phone down on me. when they realised they made a mistake.

This company is a joke. Delivery failed for the 5th time. Each time I was reassured that a specialist team would be assigned to the job (we live on 4th floor in a building without lift) and each time their people turned up completely unprepared. After the 4th failed attempt, the person in charge of the logistic department rang me up to apologise and gave me his word he would select the right team and have the washer/dryer delivered. This morning their guys showed up and once again refused to deliver as they had not been instructed and were not prepared for the task.

Item was sold as new but i received an item that had clearly had been returned. i was accused of using it and changing my mind. I had to claim back through credit card. Very difficult to deal with customer services. AVOID

The picture attached is my dishwasher I bought in 9month passed from A.O.com. the item I bought for 400 pound and as a goodwill they offer 30 pound today. The warranty comes with any electrical item purchased these day and it's not a favour to me. The customer service they are just good in saying sorry once come to faulty item sold they pass you to manufacturing companies.

Told we had a four hour slot , waited and watched on tracker. Went straight pass our road and carried on delivering all our around the area. Five hours went by , so rang customer service, was told he would ring back .three more hours and a van arrived , my delivery was on a completely different van. Just one phone call to me would have solved the problem, but common sense does not seem to apply these days. Your service is going down hill !!!!

Ordered fridge freezer for next day delivery as our was faulty. Watched delivery driver progress all afternoon to be told on last delivery that they would no longer be able to deliver ours at 9pm! Old fridge was outside emptied for collection along with our food. Was then told next delivery slot was Thursday! (Monday today) To add insult to injury a measly £30 was offered as compensation, not forgetting a £20 discount off the rescheduled delivery 2 days after the one we should have had anyway! Shocking, complete waste of time. Cancelled order as a result of poor customer service. Will not be ordering from AO ever again!!! There should be a '0' rating option added.

The price is always higher than the market price not to mention the Worst customer service you can expect. After purchasing over the phone (because of the scam of matching the price) they took all my card details and got approved over the phone. They deducted the amount then canceled the order purchase without giving a valid reason putting me on chat and phone calls for more than 5 hours, (of course I have to wait for 5 days for a refund if it happens). The funny thing is they increased the price of the same device which is now even £50 more than it was 2 days ago on their website, which makes it £100 more than it is any other vendor and they admit that. There is more to say about their customer service or system.

Bought Samsung 8k tv. 3 months in and broken. Ao just refer you to samsung who over 10 days with no TV. Still nothing to fix

Absolutely horrendous manufacturing quality and service. AO fitted our Samsung QLED television to our wall and we have not touched it since. It has now stopped working due to a faulty processor/panel after just 1 year of use. Plenty of better quality tv’s out there worth spending your money on but in our first hand experience the televisions from AO are definitely not one of them. Further more it’s quite typical, that the Samsung qled tv broke 1 month out of warranty and AO/Samsung can not fix the issue (without paying nearly as much as the tv is worth). I can only implore you to not make the same mistakes we have made and look somewhere else.

Stay away from this company. Waste of time waited for delivery to be told that the driver doesn’t want to do the delivery. Spoke to manager driver still refusing what a company.

Awful will never order from AO again because of your delivery drivers. They were nearly an hour late. no phone call to let me know and when I phone they did not pick up. Then when they arrived they had a disgusting attitude. They scratched my tile flooring twice. They refused to move the fridge freezer 1 foot. They told me to just complain. They just don't care and if that is the sort of drivers you employ no one will order from AO again. Late, no phone call to say they are running late, scratched my floor, rude drivers never ordering from AO again.
