“Had half my delivery in December they admitted eventually to losing this in February after arranging further delivery dates for part 2 of original delivery. Customer service was rude and incompetent. after daily calls to receiving lie after lie iv still not received my missing part of my delivery to which they have now dismissed any liability even though their insurance covers loss and damage I am still 250 pound out of pocket and no delivery”

I am honestly speechless.
Verbally abused in my own home (single woman) the 2 delivery guys were lazy and clearly could not be bothered to deliver my tumble dryer properly.
They tried to dump it in my garage, when I asked them to deliver it into my home it was like I had asked them to carry my appliance up 10 flights of stairs! It was one step into my house. I asked 'dumb and dumber' to unpack it (this is what they usually do) one guy sat in his lorry whilst the other half unpacked it and then abandoned my tumble dryer blocking my utility room and called me a " F#%,^€$ Rude Cow " this all happened whilst I was on the phone to customer service who luckily heard the commotion!
I wasn't rude at all, I even offered 'dumb and dumber' a tea or coffee when they got to my property. The delivery guy had an attitude from the moment he called me. Very rude, lazy and unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs, issues escalated to customer service. I bet he wouldn't have spoken to a man like he did to a single woman who was on her own in the house.
Disturbing to say the least and verbally abusive.”
“Please, please do not use this company. They installed my washing machine incorrectly which then flooded my house, 2 months ago. Since then I've been battling with them to pay for the damage. They completely mishandled the claim, first saying it wasn't their fault and I must have had frozen pipes. Luckily, I had recorded the interaction which proved it was the installers fault. They tried to fraud me out of the claim and only admitted responsibility after I showed them the video. They have then spent 2 months trying to force me in to getting sub-value flooring, literally trying to scam me out of repairing the damage. It's now come to a point where I have to take them to small claims court. Everything is in writing, including them lying about the damage, so I've no doubt that they'll lose. It's been 2 months without a kitchen and untold stress from trying to deal with them. Please, please do not use them.”

“Complete shambles of a company. Failed to meet delivery window. Tracking system gave no update during day of delivery and online chat took 30 minutes to say they couldn't either. Over 2 hours after delivery should have been made got a request to rate the delivery which hadn't happened!
Sent link to rearrange delivery but would only allow me to change delivery address and no option to book a delivery slot.

“Purchased a tumble dryer from Amazon and I live in Northern Ireland so Arrowxl is their delivery choice .At first I was pleased they gave me an option of getting my delivery on 11th Jan which was 3 days sooner than original date then on the Friday before they informed me my delivery would be between 7am and 11am and one of the team would message me approx 30mins from my home .Of course no such message then when I was out at the bin they knocked my door even though there is a large note on the door asking delivery drivers not to knock as my daughter's we son who lives here has Autism and is terrified of strangers coming to the house .My Daughter rushed to the door and as she didn't get there quickly enough they banged the door again .When she opened the door she told them she would get her Mum but as she turned her back they just came on into the hall and asked my Daughter were to leave the dryer she was very upset as neither of the 2 had masks on and she has cancer and was only 10 days out of hospital after major surgery .She told them to leave the order in the hall as neither had masks on and she had cancer which they did .I received an email asking me to leave a review on Trustpilot and giving their customer service email address so I emailed them and complained but surprise nothing back from them .Cannot believe a large company do not enforce mask wearing when entering customers homes especially as this has been mandatory in Northern Ireland for well over a year .What is wrong with companies they are complaining of staff shortages because of covid so protect both staff and customers wish I could give them zero stars”
“Arrow XL had my item for 8 days before they tried to deliver it - never appeared on the scheduled day. I rearranged it for the next day - they confirmed it would be there between 1030 and 1230. You can’t track items that are on their second attempt, live chat made no effort to help me, the first time I phoned I was promised the item was out for delivery and on track, the second time I phoned (1600 when the item hadn’t shown up) the woman put me on hold and then hung up on me - it now seems likely that she did so as the next person I spoke to when I called back admitted that they didn’t know where the delivery wagon was, because they have their mobile phone switched off. So I’ve taken two days annual leave to be in for a big ticket item arriving, and nobody can even tell me where it is. No show with no communication, and I have no idea when I’ll actually receive my item. absolute shambles.”

“This company doesn't even deserve one star. By far the worst courier company I've ever dealt with. If you are buying something from a supplier that uses this courier I would strongly advise you find a different supplier. If you are using this company for your own customer deliveries, I would strongly recommend you find another courier before you lose all your customers.
These guys are an absolute joke. I've been waiting a week for a washing machine delivery. It was meant to come today. When I checked the tracking they cancelled my delivery saying they could not find address. They didn't try calling or anything, just cancelled the delivery. I used chat to try and sort it out but didn't get any response for 10mins so had to close the chat. I then called customer service, and was told the driver was stuck somewhere because of bad weather. I live near an industrial estate and they have big lorries going up and down all day so I don't understand their reason. I asked if they could tell me when it will be delivered and they said the driver would try again later if the weather clears up. After waiting all day I phoned again at 5.30pm. The agent told me the driver had completed all his delivery (apart from the ones he couldn't do because of bad weather) and would return to the depot at 5pm - to which I pointed out we were already past that time. He then told me the driver maybe running late and should be at the depot in the next few minutes and that when he returns they will get in touch to arrange re-delivery. Again got no contact so called again just before 7pm to which the agent told me the earliest they can do a delivery would be 6 days later. I told her that isn't good enough and that I urgently needed the delivery. She told me to call back the next day as the system may be able to offer me a better date - to be honest all three calls just sounded like they were saying anything to get me off the phone. Throughout this process they did not contact me once - I contacted them 4 times and got no response.”

“Stayed in all day for my pre booked delivery and it didn't arrive . There were no updates and when I contacted their helpline I was told I would need to rearrange my delivery if it didn't turn up . Then , the following day I noticed my delivery status said it was on a van . Great, I thought . When I contacted them again to see what time it was going to be delivered they said it wasn't on the van after all and that I should rearrange another delivery date . After such a fiasco , I then contacted the seller and had to cancel my order as I had no idea when they would bother sending it . As its an urgent order ( a fridge freezer) I have now had to order one from another company who don't use Arrow XL as their courier”

Well this is the message that appears after you click on 1 star(not even worth zero stars). Everything is wrong with this company. From the one who set it up to the ones who work in the warehouse. This so-called delivery company should be withdrawn from the field of deliveries. It is such an incompetent company, with the worst management and the lowest customer service. I'm waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered on Nov. 30. I get the same messages every day. "Sorry your parcel can't be delivered today. Please contact our customer service." In conclusion, this company does not deserve to have an operating license. It is a waste of time and I do not recommend this delivery company.”
“They obviously get so many complaints, that the email address provided fro their complaint dept is INVALID.
A Month of failed deliveries, and ultimately could deliver the parcel because they don't have a vehicle that has a tail lift, and not a huge lorry.
Couldn't even be bothered to use a sub-contractor, or hire a suitable vehicle, or send more than 2 people on a delivery run.

When I asked when I would receive my package, there was no specific answer. Maybe tomorrow or maybe later. Reading over previous reviews with 1 star rating it is clear this is a regular occurrence of messing about with orders and delivery days being extended for weeks. I advise no one to deal with this delivery company.AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!”
“Complete and utter waste of space, this outfit brought me a sofa and chair from the Range but refused to bring in the house and were only prepared to leave on my drive, needless to say i sent it away.Trying to contact customer services was mission impossible and when i eventually did they were simply not interested and very unhelpful, this company and the Range deserve each other and can only be described as dumb and dumber, shameful.”
