There are plenty of companies supplying commodity products at cheaper prices, it's the easy way in and so that's fair enough, we're not against that. However, through in depth market research it was established that there is a share of the market who are extremely fired up and passionate about the equipment they use and were looking for a more proactive supplier that could consistently supply not just the "market standard" level of product but a "best in the world" level of product, in each key area at a more affordable price.

Simply put our target market is passionate professionals who are seeking a supplier of the world's best products, world's best range, at a more affordable rate along with outstanding customer service.

“When I ordered my knee brace I asked for it to be mailed to me. My postal details were taken but the parcel didn't arrive as promised. I rang your company to check and the brace was still sitting in the warehouse at Smeaton Grange. I asked the person I spoke to to please have it mailed and she said OK and that it was odd that it hadn't been. Two days later I rang to check again but was told it was STILL waiting at the warehouse to be picked up. Husband had to go get it at great inconvenience. IF you don't post things to customers wouldn't it be a good idea to tell them that instead of taking details,promising it would be mailed and then ignoring the request? Really bad communication and even worse service.”

“To Yes Med: Thank you for your unwavering generosity and professionalism in handling the procurement of an ankle brace. Learning the hard way taught me that regaining good posture within an injury, is vital for safer healing. The first brace I purchased elsewhere, wasn’t fully stabilising the ankle. This left me limping to prevent full weight bearing and subsequent rolling of the ankle. Limping isn’t conducive to posture health. Your Ortholife Total Stability Ankle Brace with Strap gave far superior stability. It made me understand that if had I used your brace initially, I would have been able to walk “with normal firmness” from the beginning. The Ortholife brace provides balance, prevents the ankle from rolling, and permits the good posture that is so important for the healing process. Having a superior product reduces the healing process time. For the Ortholife Total Stability Ankle Brace with Strap and the graciousness through which Yes Med allowed it to be procured, I am truly grateful.
