I placed an order from B&Q on the 24th April. Some of the products were delivered we had wood that should have been delivered in 14 days. I have heard nothing so sent a message via their support site. I received no response. A week later I message again and get no response. I call their support line I sit through all of the diatribe to be disconnected I try another 3 times with the same response. I am by now bloody furious. We have a smallholding and have used B&Q lots for our DIY needs. I understand they are under pressure with the current situation but to not deliver and completely ignore customers and say the phone is only for urgent issues but then just disconnect people is infuriating. If I ever get through to them I will request a refund and never order from them again.

Awful. Had an email saying I had cancelled my order...which I didnt! And funnily enough it was due tomorrow. Cant reach anyone on the phone and no one is replying to emails. The item was ordered over 3 weeks ago. Appalling behaviour.

Bought nearly £200 worth of tiles but was short of a few border tiles but was told not to worry just take the product code and order on line,great! Looked on line didn't recognise the code although it was printed on my bill so after a long search put other info in and said there was 25 in colchester store,which is 20 odd miles away,but needing to get the job done went there.Found a few broken ones so asked to speak to see if they could help me.young lady on the till rang through and said someone will come.waited 20 mins was getting fed up so asked a member of staff for help but he said couldn't do anything, so he asked if I would like to see a manager,when the manager came said there was nothing he could do about it. So wasted a lot of time I had already started tiling so had to continue,but will avoid shopping there again. OK to take your money but after that your on your own. Unhappy John Moody

If I could give 0 stars I would. Home delivery came broken, trying to exchange but stupid bitches havent close my case 48hrs+ later. absolutely outraged. Spoke to me like I was 5... cunts. that blonde bimbo from bedford store can suck out!! Absolutely shocked with the uneducated and rude customer service. Bunch of twats.

Made a click and collect order, collected and £40 worth of items missing (collected a plastic box had to wait over an hour 8n the queue so didn't check thoroughly looked right at a glance), emailed 3 weeks ago as they aren't answering due to corona and as of yet no reply.

Order some things off tradepoint and it has now been over two weeks and it still haven’t arrived. Phoned them and got told it was a mistake on their end but it still didn’t arrive

UPDATE to my Review 1 week prior to this one I HAVE NOW CONTACTED PAYPAL as STILL NOT received an order placed on 28th March and Due to be Delivered on 14th April for £209. B&Q ignore any requests for updates placed via their only means of contact on their "Contact Us " page

Cannot believe it we ordered a chiminea from your online store ..was notified this morning of delivery tomorrow .Within an hour the order was cancelled !!!!! Apparantely somebody in your Manchester store is cancelling by mistake!!!! Absolutely poor customer service

Ordered tongue in groove cladding 14 days ago, they happily took my money claiming metsa would contact me in 2 days to arrange delivery, but nothing, so I completed the online for that no one responded to, now you can't contact b&q at all, no emails and customer service lines closed, you can't blame all this bad service on kungflu! where is my order?

I ordered two doors about a week ago received standard email to say I would be contacted in a couple of days. No phone calls or contact and It said on the website delivery would be within 4 days.!!!! Have twice made comments on there query form but still nothing ,they don't even have the courtesy to inform you that there be a delay ,just no response.very disappointed. I can't even cancel and get a refund .

In this pandemic they are offering click and collect but have not thought this process through. They provided me with the incorrect plants and when I tried to call the centre, no answer, call customer service, no answer. Emailed customer service, no reply, contact form on their website, reply after 10 days saying I will have to wait until the stores reopen. These are plants, that I have no knowledge about and have to try and keep them alive until I can go back to a store to exchange. Then via social media contact, told me could help as the order was in my partners name. If you can’t provide customer service for when you have made an error, should not be open!

They’ve never been great, staff are always unhelpful and rude. Since this lock down it’s got even worse. Is being stupid a massive factor when selecting staff???

Bought a 5ltr tin of emulsion from ipswich branch on way home tin tippen on side 5ltrs of paint in boot, complained but they did not want to know said it was my fault and should have checked the lid, got anothor tin from elsewhere kicked it round the garden threw it upside down no leakage, will never shop there anymore,rank service zero respect.

Ordered 2x 2.5 ltrs paint for delivery on 1st May. Got an email on 1st May a.m to say I had cancelled the order... No I have not cancelled and a very poor way of taking people's money disgusted.. B&Q Sheffield

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered over £110 worth of wood from Blackburn B&Q on 13th April took my money straight away as click and collect. Waited over 3 weeks to get a message to say my order was ready to collect...... 15 minutes after my email to say my order was ready to collect another email came saying thank you for collecting your order !!!! REALLY !!! ON arrival at the store I gave my order number and was asked if I had collected my order......er no that's why I am here now to collect it. So off the sales man went for my order in store 20 minutes later came out with 3 pieces of wood where's the rest of the order? Plus the wood he brought out was not in good condition, said the other wood was out of stock, I asked for a refund but was NOT leaving the store until I had confirmation of my refund after all they could turn around and say I had collected it (so please beware of the 2nd email) I'm still waiting for my refund not good enough you should be giving us the interest you are making on customers money !!!!
