“Originally it took some time to get the order placed, due to having two insurances, and that was extremely stressful as I had recently switched to only Tricare but it was still showing that I had my previous insurance. Once all of that was figured out after a couple months of stress, it was quick and easy to place the order for a pump! I appreciated that there were upgraded pumps that were included. I also really appreciate the monthly bags. Although, when I originally placed my order they said they only had one type of bags available and they weren’t my favorite/ wasn’t the easiest to use when being quick. I did feel like the person that I was on the phone with thought I was difficult or annoying and wasn’t really able to answer my questions on products but I do love the reminder texts for placing replacement and replenishment orders!”

“I ordered my pump after looking into many of them. I haven’t tried it out yet because I haven’t given birth but this website made it so easy to order my pump. It took a few days to get here and was delivered earlier than expected! No complaints at all with this website, highly recommend.”

“The easiest and most smooth process to get my free breast pump! They contacted my doctor for me to get the prescription and sent me an email when they received it and when the pump would be sent to me. So thankful!”

“I got my free breast pump from them with my tRICARE insurance and the process was very smooth and quick. I ask my dr for a prescription for a breast pump.. texted my prescription to baby pavilion and they sent the breast pump the next day with milk bags and extra parts for the pump! First time doing this .. wasn’t sure if it would work but it did .. very greatful 💕”
