“Although there was no issue with the breast pump itself, my experience with Pavilion’s customer service during the ordering process was unsatisfactory. When I contacted their representatives to seek guidance, they were notably impatient and appeared rushed, giving the impression that they were eager to conclude the call rather than provide assistance. I contacted customer service only twice by phone. I placed my order well in advance of my due date, as I was planning to travel out of state and required assistance with adjusting the delivery date or obtaining general guidance, particularly as a first-time mother. Unfortunately, instead of receiving helpful support, I encountered a discourteous attitude from the staff. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this website to friends or others seeking similar services”

“Baby Pavilion has been a life saver to me and helped me with getting a free breast pump through my insurance. They were kind and patient with me as the Dr office was non responsive and it did take some time to get the prescription going. Sylvia was wonderful and so accommodating in making sure I got what I needed as soon as I could”

“Very easy to work with and shipping time was super quick. Once my doctor got the prescription out to them, the turn around for processing the order was fast and there were no issues with insurance. It was nice not having to worry about one more thing while prepping for a new baby.”

“I wish I’d known about this program via tricare for my first 2 pregnancies as well. Get the prescription from medical was simple and ordering from the website was a breeze. Numerous pumps + accessories are available and my order arrived less than a week after ordering. Highly recommend for active duty military to utilize”
