“Super simple and easy process! Just fill out info and snap a picture of prescription! It arrived to my house within a week- super fast shipping! Only difference I’d like would have been an email stating that they approved my prescription because I was just waiting and wondering if all of the information was accepted and that they mailed my pump. But none the less, it showed up quickly!”

“Baby pavilion is great. Only downside is shipping company they used. I have not received my pump and was supposed to be here 2 days ago and it’s been sitting in the same state for four days with no update. But baby pavilion itself was so flawless and easy to order, they shipped my pump out 2 days after I submitted my prescription. And was supposed to only take about a week to get here.”

“Very fast with shipping after placing your order, a lot of good options, customer service is helpful, the website should let you know how much the upgrade fee is though. I also wish there were more options for the breast milk bags. overall I loved baby pavilion with my first breast pump order with my daughter so I used them again, this time has been a little different but it’s not baby pavilion fault.”

“It was very easy to order my pump. The best part about Baby Pavilion though, is the reminder to order milk storage bags every month. One less thing to remember, which is great! I have friends who used other companies and have forgotten to reorder and ended up having to go buy some.”
