“The worst online shop experience ive made. Item was never shipped, the support wouldnt reply anything but repeatedly „please wait another 48 hours“ every two days. And on top if that they refuse to cancel my order nor refund me, altough the item should have been shipped within 24 hours but wasnt for already 2 weeks now. Had to open PayPal Case. be aware of this scam business!”

“Purchased a poco x3 off them and was constantly lied on about the shipping days. BG keeps pushing the shipping date while blatantly lying to its customers. To give you an example, I contacted their support on 29th of September and asked for when is my phone going to ship, they told me on the 30th, keep in mind I had already been waiting around 2 weeks for it to ship. Turns out, 30th comes, they tell me I have to wait 7-10 days more and to compensate me for my anger they're going to give me a measly 500 points (which is worth next to nothing). I am still waiting for it to ship. Choose another retailer guys, many many people have already received theirs from other popular Chinese sites. Worst shopping experience in my whole life!”

“communication,,, your company repeatedly ignored my e-mails and could not help with FACEBOK.. i bought 2 pairs of shoes at 54.00 i was suppose to receive a $20. coupon.. your coupon system is not very good... long story short i paid 54.00 and did not receive a $20 discount coupon on my 1st order like it said. It only gave me a $5 discount..... your company seems quick to take the money and slow to make sure its customers are satisfied. Will you be honoring your $20 coupon”

“Not impressed with the picture quality of either the streaming or video file playback, both look like they have a filter applied to them. (Streaming playback quality is good when connect a laptop to the TV to watch YouTube and catch up TV, so it is not our internet speed) We are still using our old movie player box to play movie files. Disappointed as this box got good reviews when tested & bench marked by various YouTube channels.”

“I ordered shoes and it took 2 months to receive them, and then the color was wrong............ It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone there either on the phone or email. I think this is done intentionally. Buyer BEWARE, complete rip off!”

“I bought an electrical bike. Delivery took almost two months. The bike came with two problems: (i) electrical discharges are occurring next to the rear wheel brake area and causing electrical shocks (ii) the rear tire valve is defective and is allowing all air to escape. Banggood after-sales is inexistent. I filled a form inside the order area, no answer. After that, I sent an email, also no answer. One month has passed since I received the defective bike. Be aware, you will have no warranty and no after-sale support when buying in banggood. Terrible service.”

“Worst experience since my internet shopping, since 1999 !!! Buy ok: Then six weeks no delivery although 5-7 days (business days) are indicated. Inquiries by email were answered with standard texts, probably chatbots. Absolutely helpless & senseless. Then fed up, therefore cancellation: In the event of a refund, € 55 was lost because the purchase was traded in USD and the US currency has since expired. Inquiry at PayPal about buyer protection resulted in repeated inquiries by email at Banggood that I received confirmation that I received 55 € less. Explains what the situation is by email for weeks. But Banggood struggled to die. Customer service zero! Beware of the crooks from China! What can the customer do if they fail to deliver for more than 6 weeks and on top of that they damage their customers financially ?!”

“Worst app ever they lied for you to sign up i dont recomend this app to no one all the people i share they had the same problem they sign up you get 50 GB paid as soon as you verified your email and it goes away and it goes to points what do you do for points nothing first they told me they expired then they where points and the agents that you chat are the worst they lied and dont help at all and i order is been past 20 days and have not recieved it yet and they said is been delivery wow is crazy i told them i have not recieved what they told me oh call the post office if they have they dont even have control of your package Especially agent geena”
