“Dear authorities and readers. I have but a Xiapmi Youpin Five Smart UVC Lamp (it build with 2x very sensitive and thin glass bulps and need an good protection) from Banggood.com. Because they send it only with itselfs cartoon and dont secure it with any bubble paper or etc. it was comes broken. I had make a evidence video and take pictures and proof it to Banggood. They apology and promise send a safer packed item and send a new one. But the second one was exactly the same without any safer packing and its bulbs was broken too. They apology the second time and promise send this time really protected one. I have agree and wait an other 1.5 months for delivery. I was shocked as i see this one was again packed without any protection and the bulbs was broken again. I was very dissapointed and angry but the Banggood Coustumer Sevice write the promise write this problem to the item carrier and let send it absolutely safer this time. They send it for the 4 time but as you can guess they send it again without additional safer material like any bubble paper etc. I was very angree and write this to the Banggood.com Coustumer Service, the had promiss me to send it safer 4 times but they had dont keep their promises!. This time write me the Banggood.com Coustumer Service they can make a refund but they write i can only get almış %30 less than i paid and they would not pay the additiomal fees back. However had payed for additional insurance for additional fees and the Banggood policies and regulations says they make full refund if the item not arrives or of it comes demaged. Banggood.com sell a extra insurance for all this for extra high payment. Because the item have a long way from China and cross overseas i had buy extra insurance and pay for much mor for all fees inclusive. But they will now pay less than i have payed and dont pay back the additional fees. All this payment have proof (all sended to Banggood.com), i have take from all conversations screen pictures. Banggood looks coustumer friendly until you need to use the insurance, after they are very incompatible and dont wont and need fairness for the coustumers. I am very dissaponted with Banggood.com and search for institutions/places (online and physical) for seek my rights as Coustumer. Hope for get any help. Thank you.”

“I brought a dress. It was excellent on picture. In reality it was made from cheap, thin cotton. Not good enough even to used it at home. I return it. I haven't got any refund. I lost 24€ plus post costs. I will never buy anything from them. Very bad company.”

“"Free Shipping" is offered but Banggood still charged. Despite the ad still showing "Free Shipping" Banggood maintain this does not apply to multiple item purchases - in fact they fought Tooth-n-Nail to deny responsibility. After 45 years in business I have not ever known such unconscionable deception as excuse for their action in charging shipping. Frankly, Banggood will try anything to maximise their profit - no lie too big!”

“No option to give Banggood 0 Star. This is scam company. My order number 85611177. Don't buy anything. I was ordered mobile phone 6 june2020. Still I haven't received my mobile. Tracking code is fake, it's showing mobile is stuck Belgium GLS center from 4 July 2020. I'm trying for refund, they are not contacting with me. 100% scam. Don't buy from any chinese online store.”

“In 2020.08.06 I received a TV, sent by Banggood, that when opening the box I noticed that the screen had a scratch (+ - 15 cm) in the upper right corner of the screen, this risk was not made in the transport because the box was intact and sealed. On 08/07 I sent the complaint to Banggood's customer service to report the situation and ask for a solution, I attached photos and a video. To this day, I have no satisfactory solution, and banggood does not assume its own guarantee policy.”

“Banggood are chitter . I placed order for Electriction load tester before 4 month . When I placed order that time delivery days was showing with in 15 days but once I did my transaction I got message from company there will be 45 days delivery . By 22nd of August I received a mail from this company. your has been is cancelled and Your payment will refund within 4-5 days your payment . but I have not received any funds payment from banggood. number of times I called to Call Center nobody responds in properly and I still have not received any refund from banggood.”

“Have waited over 70 days for delivery of our purchase. Called company and they told us the product is stuck in the delivery process and that it is up to us to research what the problem is! They will not fix the problem or refund our money. From reviews below, looks like this is a common issue with "Bangood" I'd bet that the positive reviews, especially regarding fast delivery, are FAKE. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.”

“OrderID:78818171 Recieved Mini PC which was broken during the shipping - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9a27iqfZcJk . After 7 months of e-mailing and attempt to return the item they are proposing me partial refund which means I will loose ~70USD despite I payed for insurance shipping. Will never use this shop again.”

“I do not recommend ! After orders of thousands of dollars, they refuse to solve my problem with an order placed 62 days ago and which never arrived in Europe. I usually paid with paypal and there were no problems. Now it was a gift from my daughter who paid with the card. Goodbye money, goodbye order. Nobody notices you, only automatic answers. And it's not just about this order, in general, banggood has changed for the worse. I do not recommend ! AWB GLS: 612370717632”

“Don't purchase from this company! My item was faulty upon arrival. I have been emailing Banggood for months and the customer service team just reply 'I will escalate your concerns', but nothing ever happens. Finally they asked for more photos, then a video, then its escalating again!. This is just a strategy in the hope you will give up trying to get your money back or a replacement. At one point, Banggood offered me USD7 dollars as compensation (for a $170 item!) They are a company that do not care. Do not purchase from Banggood. It's taken 3 months and I have lost my money.”

“Ordered several items in March 2020, it has been 5 months and items were never received. Banggood refused to issue any refunds and provided my Visa credit card company investigative unit with fake USPS tracking numbers. The dispute was escalated however Banggood provided a Chinese website tracking page showing my items were shipped out - this page looked fabricated as the translations or timeline did not make any sense. We provided 5 months of video surveillance showing proof that no packages from USPS have been delivered, only Amazon boxes. Despite all of this effort, Banggood continues to refuse any refunds. Please do not purchase from this company. Other "positive" reviews seem to be fake in order to attract victims.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT DELIVER MY PRODUCT I ORDERED IN MAY 2020. IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND TODAY IS AUGUST 17, 2020. THEY KEEP WRITING TO SAY WAIT 5 MORE DAYS, 12 MORE DAYS, 10 MORE DAYS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS!!”
