“I created a new account and was offered a $20 coupon. I livechated several times to find out how to get the $20 as I buying an RC plane. Their livechat customer person, promised to send an email to explained how to apply the $20. Never got the email (twice I was told of the email). Now, that I find out that is only $12, the coupon expired. There was not information about coupons expired. This lack of transparency, only results on customers going to other vendor sites. You lost me as a customer.”

“I ordered the GamaKey87 keyboard with RGB and one of the lights could not keep up with the rest of the lights. Upon further inspection, one of the lights could only actually cycle through three colors. I e-mailed the staff for a response, hopefully customer service will reach out. This was ordered in a group order and took 2 weeks which is longer than doing an individual order. Possibly more expensive than an individual order too... I wish the coupons were easier to cycle through. The site is a bit hard to use. E-mail customer service to see if you could extend your warranty during the pandemic.”

“The transmission case was crushed/pressed in to the clutch case housimg due to super light packaging, should have put in a better box and re enforced before sending.”

“Major problem trying to remove the residue from the shrink wrap. Poor actuation of the vent due to misalignment of the latch ball. No plastic washers for the vent retained bolts and nuts.”

“Buying products from banggood with shipping from European warehouse it advertise that the product will be deliver within 2-5 bussines days... however pass more than 12 bussines days my order is still in transit!... that is fake advertising! And banggood does nothing for customers that losses money based on the shipping time... I had a project to make and due to this delay the project will not came to life, and I'll have to stuck with the products where I spent my own money... it does not deserve the star i give it”

“Bangood delivery company SUCKS ! 6 Weeks when other companies will deliver 10-14 days, and it is not covid fault, it is shipping company fault. No tracking number provided either. You can get same items cheaper and much faster elsewhere.”

“Out of the nine items shown in the advertisement relating to the purchased item, I only received four! Three of the four blades shown and the two guides were not sent. this is false advertising!!”
