“In the description, it clearly says the back light was for a 2016 Audi SQ5 but it wasn't. Tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give one and apologized. Now they won't return my emails.”

“I bought an LED light. They sent me a water pump. A WATER PUMP! Now they want to refund me only the cost of the LED light and not the shipping that I paid. They are also giving trouble for me to return it to recover other costs I incurred using my courier. Terrible! I am not buying here again, sorry! It's not worth the hassle. If things go good, no problem. But when they go bad, it's hell!”

“Chinese business that will sell you something they don't have then order it from China for delivery to you. Maybe. They will stall and email nonsense back and forth hoping you will just go away. After all, they already have your money. AVOID THIS SCAM BUSINESS”

“I created a new account and was offered a $20 coupon. I livechated several times to find out how to get the $20 as I buying an RC plane. Their livechat customer person, promised to send an email to explained how to apply the $20. Never got the email (twice I was told of the email). Now, that I find out that is only $12, the coupon expired. There was not information about coupons expired. This lack of transparency, only results on customers going to other vendor sites. You lost me as a customer.”

“I ordered the GamaKey87 keyboard with RGB and one of the lights could not keep up with the rest of the lights. Upon further inspection, one of the lights could only actually cycle through three colors. I e-mailed the staff for a response, hopefully customer service will reach out. This was ordered in a group order and took 2 weeks which is longer than doing an individual order. Possibly more expensive than an individual order too... I wish the coupons were easier to cycle through. The site is a bit hard to use. E-mail customer service to see if you could extend your warranty during the pandemic.”

“The transmission case was crushed/pressed in to the clutch case housimg due to super light packaging, should have put in a better box and re enforced before sending.”

“Major problem trying to remove the residue from the shrink wrap. Poor actuation of the vent due to misalignment of the latch ball. No plastic washers for the vent retained bolts and nuts.”
