“I ordered a air quality test monitor from them. The item was defective. I asked to return it within days of receipt while it was still within their warranty. All I got was a run around and delays. They asked for photos and video to show the unit was not working, which I sent to them on 2 different dates. After a month of this back and forth, they finally said I could take it to a local repair facility (of course there are none that I could find), and they stated: "A. Ask and try to repair it in local repair shops. B. Please inform us the maintenance cost, if we accept the cost, you could get it repaired." AVOID THIS CHINESE COMPANY AND USE AMAZON INSTEAD !!!!!”

“Where do i start! This predator is not the same as those seen in reviews on youtube. They have made many "economical cuts" the main two are cutting down from a 1000w psu and having painted instead of anodized axis. The touchscreen seems especially cheap. Mine arrived with a broken 800w power supply and appearing slightly used, slight scratches and no film covering buildplate or touchscreen.. I contacted Banggood about the spec of the printer, the condition and the fact that it was broken and after about 3 weeks of back and forth emails they agreed to send a 1000w power supply and 3 anodized axis. The package arrived in the uk and i was presented with a bill from customs, which i paid, and received a cheap 800w power supply. No axis, No original PSU. I have emails telling me i would get them, but, all lies. The money i spent on customs would pay for a cheap power supply and i could have saved myself 2 months of stress. So BOOOO to Anycubic for turning cheaper than cheap on us and BOOOO to Banggood for being cheap with their morals. The printer is quite good, and i suspect you'll be happy if you don't get any problems, but, don't expect too much from anycubic or banggood.”

“Unfortunately, my customer service experience was not good. The only item that was not supposed to be included was the 5V/1A USB adapter. However, my two packages did not include the magnet as shown in this uploaded photo. I tried and tried to get that part but to no avail -- I got stoned walled. I had to purchase magnets at almost 1/2 the price of the whole unit to get the sensor to work! The magnets can be purchased in lots of 10 at Amazon for $6.06. I'm sure in China this part is less than $0.10 a piece. Why I got stoned wall over this is beyond my comprehension. The good news was that every thing worked as advertised. Except for that little part, it would have been a five start experience.”

“Recebi a encomenda antes do previsto, mas veio trocada. A medida não é igual ao anunciado. Comprei laminas de 2mm de diâmetro e foi enviado laminas de 1mm. Foi a primeira vez que isto aconteceu. Acredito que vão resolver esta situação o mais breve possível. I received the order ahead of schedule, but it came out wrong. The measure is not the same as announced. I bought 2mm diameter blades and 1mm blades were sent. It was the first time that this happened. I believe that they will resolve this situation as soon as possible.”

“order 90189192 If you can buy good quality goods somewhere else, I would recommend that you do! I bought 3 mosaic cutters & only 2 were delivered. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE asked me to 1. provide the delivery label = it was shrink wrapped & destroyed on opening.2. They asked me to provide them with photographs of the goods. I have many of these cutters in my workshop - So what would photographs prove??? Unlike ebay/amazon/paypal who give the customer the benefit of the doubt, & either a. Offer a refund or B. Supply you with the missing item. This lot DON'T TRUST YOU at all! and are trying to trip you up @ every turn. AVOID BANGGOOD LIKE THE PLAGUE, is my honest opinion. THIS IS THE B.S THEY SEND YOU FROM ANOTHER REVIEW: Thank you for choosing Banggood and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. “The eachine EX4 drone controller won't pair to my wifi on two different phones of mine (Iphone 8plus & Iphone 11 pro max) so now I can't fly it and I'm trying to get a hold of Banggood as I write this now!!!”

“The product was DOA. Sent photos and have done my best to get a replacement, but it hasn't been easy so far. Kevin was the respondent to my first email and apologized for the problem. He told me what to do and I wrote back to him, but he did not respond to me, someone else did. Not good enough. Another person told me to get the problem fixed in Australia. It's an electronic device with one circuit board and it is a firmware or software issue causing the problem. Only the manufacturer can write the code to fix the issue. Still not solved yet after nearly 10 days. There is a lot more to this too.”

“ABSOLUTE RUBBISH: Missing an item+90189192,OrderID:90189192. We received 2 items out of 3 ordered. Trying to contact them was a time consuming nightmare: This was what they told me to do: 1.The photos of the shipping label and SKU bar code, which stick on the package of the parcel and the product protecting bag. 2.The photos of all products that you have received. Please kindly make sure that the issue is obviously shown in the photos. Therefore, we are able to locate it and solve it as soon as possible. **IN ORDER TO OPEN THE PLASTIC DELIVERY PACKAGE, ANY LABELLING WAS DESTROYED RENDERING THE ABOVE TOTALLY USELESS** If you ordered via ebay/amazon or paypal you would have Either received the item or a refund But not Banggood more like Bangbad!! I STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION & MY MONEY IS IN THEIR BANK ...NOT MINE!!! i will make it my business NEVER to order through Banggood ever again. I will also make sure that i DO NOT recommend banggood to anyone, at all.”
