“Never buy from Banggood. They don't have even 10% of the items showing online as IN STOCK. I have ordered item on November 2020 and follow up on item for 2 months. During this time the replies from customer service were so rude as they do not have such item which is shown on site as IN STOCK. Today January 2021, and they said your money refunded, after wasting 2 months by paying our money. These people are just collecting money from people all over world to use in their business and refund after 2 months if you chase behind your order.”

“I ordered Leather hand sewn ankle boots as advertised.Misrepresented as leather they are PLASTIC. Received a pair of smelly plastic boots,Returned, cost of boots £29.50 plus £8.80 postage after about 3/4 weeks credited the cost of the boots but keep saying they will credit postage,now they say problem with account to contact PayPal,have done . Must have sent about 20 emails to 3 different departments. Stay well clear”

“I purchased a radio controlled car from them with a bunch of metal upgrade parts. Some of the upgrade parts didn't actually fit as they had different dimensions to the plastic originals. Chinese quality assurance in action. I asked to return those for a refund. BangGood replied and said they'd take a return, but that I would be responsible for return shipping and even customs charges. Thankfully I live in a country that actually has consumer law, and this law protects buyers against sellers who sell items that are not fit for purpose. So I raised a PayPal dispute and got my money back that way.”

“I order a spot welder machine that never work. After several communications by email and provide all the evidence that they request they recommend to find a local repair and if the price is reasonable for them they can paid for it. It is unacceptable to repair something new that I never use. All I want is to return the machine.”
