“The worst thing that you are delivering wrong material against the booked order for which we have paid Instead of computer desk you sent plane dining table In Saudi Arabia the most honest and only country in the world this kind of online buisiness no body does Mistake should be rectified by replacing the the item with as seen in the order we don’t say to refund ... thanks for a good understanding”

“I ordered Leather hand sewn ankle boots as advertised.Misrepresented as leather they are PLASTIC. Received a pair of smelly plastic boots,Returned, cost of boots £29.50 plus £8.80 postage after about 3/4 weeks credited the cost of the boots but keep saying they will credit postage,now they say problem with account to contact PayPal,have done . Must have sent about 20 emails to 3 different departments. Stay well clear”

“Pure garbage. I ordered 8 of them and it was all lies! Not even 50 Lm. Cheap kids toy. The 100 lm from Harbor Freight MUCH STRONGER and better choice. Don't waste your money.”

“I purchased a radio controlled car from them with a bunch of metal upgrade parts. Some of the upgrade parts didn't actually fit as they had different dimensions to the plastic originals. Chinese quality assurance in action. I asked to return those for a refund. BangGood replied and said they'd take a return, but that I would be responsible for return shipping and even customs charges. Thankfully I live in a country that actually has consumer law, and this law protects buyers against sellers who sell items that are not fit for purpose. So I raised a PayPal dispute and got my money back that way.”

“I order a spot welder machine that never work. After several communications by email and provide all the evidence that they request they recommend to find a local repair and if the price is reasonable for them they can paid for it. It is unacceptable to repair something new that I never use. All I want is to return the machine.”

“Wish I could use less stars, because Banggood is useless. Placed an order very early Friday morning with express ($35) 2-3 business day delivery. Their own website said the package shipped Friday afternoon, which would place delivery at the latest the following Wednesday. It is now Saturday, and tracking just changed from "End Of Day" today, to "No expected delivery date". Asked Banggood for a refund of the shipping charges, and they offered a measly $2 in "BG Points". As if I would ever order another thing through them.”

“Tried to order something from Banggood, but it didn't arrive as planned and it ended up being shipped back to Banggood and I never got what I bought. The customer service was terrible, no one wanted to help me and I never got my money back. Steer clear of this website!!”
