“According to my order number 86221411 I was very disappointed and frustrated because I ordered an electric bike, it came with a problem with the lights and the warranty was supposed to fix it, I followed all your instructions, sent the videos and proofs of the issues and you never offered me a solution and also ignored my emails. Finally I decided to fix it on my own, spent money on it, so at the end something cheap turned into something expensive. Thanks for nothing.”

“I bought a drone 3 weeks ago. I had problems connecting the controller with the drone. the drone failed in midair and fell. He has broken a leg, and he continues to have problems with the controller. I don't know who to turn to, because I live in Spain and I don't speak English”

“Bought several lights from Banggood. x1 light was in a used open box despite sold as new. Also faulty x1 light had no user manual and was not as advertised for outdoor use. Dangerous when it comes to electrical goods I requested to return the lights immediately. However it was like talking to a brick wall with customer services. I asked 11 times for their returns address and they still have not provided it 5 weeks later. They appear to have automated responses for everything and BANGGOOD NEVER READ YOUR EMAIL and NEVER RESPOND OR UNDERSTAND EVEN THE MOST BASIC QUESTIONS. At first i thought this was just bad customer service but now think they use automated robots to respond in a very poor way that leaves you extremely frustrated. They just send constant marketing messages even though ive unsubscribed so be careful before you give them your details. Instead of giving you a returns address they offer you a small refund and let you keep the goods whether you want them or not. The refund never covers the amount spent. Really struggling to understand how Banggood gets 4 star reviews on Trustpilot. I think this was one of the companies that appeared in the Sunday Times as one of those nightmare chinese companies to deal with, only in my haste to get what looked like good products at a fair price i forgot to do enough research and trusted review sites too much with what feel like fake 4 star ratings. Still awaiting my full refund and they have stopped replying so will have to now go through the mare of a chargeback with the bank. NO FULL REFUNDS NO EMAIL REPLIES SLOW DELIVERY REFUSE TO GIVE THEIR RETURNS ADDRESS OVERALL A SCAM”

“Order ID: 94794783. You ripped us off! The item we purchased is listed on your website at US$58.99, see screenshot. You charged us US$134.99!! Why do you have two prices, one more than double the first, for the EXACT same item! Also not happy with the quality, some of the timber pieces are warped. I intend to take this up with Paypal but will give you a chance to explain first, in case you made a genuine mistake! Please advise!”

“Products are often not as described and will end up in the trash bin. It is very difficult to communicate with customer support and arrive at a solution. Do not recommend, rather buy somewhere else that will work.”

“Le colis n'a jamais été livré chez moi a Andernos les bains en France, le traking indique une livraison a minuit (a minuit comme si c'était possible) au Luxembourg.. le logiciel fait ce qu'il veut et marque les notes qu'il l'arrange et moi j'ai pas mon colis. Demande de remboursement, site pas sérieux!”

“A new customer with Banggood. I ordered two separate radio controlled models from them. First a £82 "Ready to Fly" drone was received unboxed in bubble wrap, minus controller, battery, manual, spares and case. Second RC helicopter was cancelled by the supplier, surprisingly I didn't receive an automatic refund of my £40 purchase price. I won't be using Banggood again.. I'll stick with UK based suppliers in future.”

“My experience: all fraud based They send the wrong product (worthless mockup /incomplete) The trick: sending it back for refund is more expensive than product, so they simply 'guarantee' delivery and pretend it's a mistake reviews on site seem to be all fake (easy to recognize once you know)”
