“The switch was delivered earlier than expected but it was a wrong switch. Apparently there are two types of switches and the advert said a switch for Dodge Journey 2012 to 2015. Unfortunately I am unable to use this switch as it is not compatible to my car.”

“took a long timr to arrive. Poor shipping and when it did arrive the plug was not for Canadian Electrical outlets. I was not able to use it. I have not heard back from Bangood to resolve this problem. I will now file a refund notice with Paypal.”

“El oukitel WP6 lo pedí en noviembre y llego 2 meses más tarde. 27 enero. Cuándo llego tenía problemas en el funcionamiento. Reclame a bangood para un arreglo cambio y tardaron 15 días en responder. Su respuesta fue que acudiera a un a reparación local y que abonarían hasta 45€ Por la reparación y que podía perder la garantía. Consulte a varias tiendas de reparación local y al estar en garantía te remiten a la tienda que te lo vendió. Bangood ha cerrado la reclamación sin solucionar el problema. Estoy disgustada con el funcionamiento del producto y con el servicio de atención al cliente de bangood. He solicitado la devolución del producto y reembolso del dinero A ver que pasa”

“2 câbles sur 5 avait un défaut de fabrication empêchant l'insertion sur une de leur extrémité. Prises en cuivre argenté et non en acier inoxydable. Capacité des coaxiaux environ 130 pF. Evidemment photos difficiles à faire car défaut au fond des prises.”

“I hAve being ordering from Banggood for lots of years ,only my last order was not good because I oedered titanium plated hex screwdrivers and they sent instead normal ones,no answer from them ,thats why I will go with EBAY 100% MONEY BACK GARANTEE IF ITEM NOT AS DISCRIBED”

“Banggood has a very disorganised and dysfunctional, uncoordinated and uninformed customer service. In November 2020, I had an order cancelled because (as they claim) I could not be identified as the cardholder. I sent more than 50 emails regarding refund and had inconsistent replies from different persons, most saying something new and unrelated to the previous. I finally received the refund in my account in January 2021. That's a long wait. In February 2021, I contacted them to order the same items. I took steps to identify myself as the the cardholder. They assured me all will be well. I went ahead and placed the order. Two days later, I was informed the items couldn't be delivered because Shipping isn't available to Cote d'Ivoire. How and why would a company not know where shipping is possible and not possible so that customers wouldn't even be able to place orders? They said they'll apply full refund. To make things worse, the next morning, they went ahead to make unauthorised and unjustified debits from my card/account. I consider that as theft. Such should not happen. As a result of these bad experiences, I have no plans to ever purchase items from the website. Never again.”

“I didn't receive my order yet. I ordered shoes in December and the estimated date to receive the product is in April. I received an email today notifying me it will take 10 days longer. As it was it would have taken over 2 months for delivery. This don't fly in this day and age. Wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy! Must have been shipped by dogsled.”

“I have ordered 2 identical drones from Banggood, both arrived with defective transmitters. Banggood refused any warranty claim, no refund, no replacement and no repair. The email contact with them was rude from their side, they said there is no warranty under their policy. Never Banggood again!”

“Bought a tablet ,,was malfunction ,contact Bangood service they told me to send it back ,the shipping cost was the half the price of the tablet ,they send it from europe ,and they want me to send it to china ..lost 130 euros !!”
