“Orders never arrive - No warranty Placed 3 orders 2 never came after 4 months. The 3rd order was defective and they refused to pay a full refund or send a replacement. After constructing and a sending video verifying the product was defective They sent support emails in that they knowledge that the product is defective. They offered me a refund. The stipulation is I must return the product to China at my expense. I paid extra amount to have product sent from USA Wherehouse, no matter has to be sent to Chia”

“Since they felt the need to ship orders which were cancelled, yes this is theft. The stole my money, shipped order cancelled multiple times, close account to avoid refund. This is a condensed version of my Banggood experience. They continue to avoid customer service beyond the usual lies. If this is how you wish to be treated, open an account and place an order to find out for yourself how bad an idea it was”

“Took 17 days to go 1 state because they use the lowest cheapest shipping imaginable. Then it arrives damaged and you can't get in contact with anyone.”

“The item doesn’t properly accommodate the batteries. The casing is too small. However, if the batteries are forced into the space, the sides bulge out and you can’t fit the cover. And anyway, apart from the light, the unit doesn’t work! Utter rubbish. Very disappointing.”

“Ware beschädigt erhalten. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen erst nach 4 Wochen in Betrieb genommen und dabei festgestellt, dass es sich um einen versteckten Transportschaden handelt. Äusserlich nicht zu erkennen, erst nach Zerlegung in Einzelteile”
