“I have ordered 2 identical drones from Banggood, both arrived with defective transmitters. Banggood refused any warranty claim, no refund, no replacement and no repair. The email contact with them was rude from their side, they said there is no warranty under their policy. Never Banggood again!”

“Motor ran for about 20 minutes before the ignition system failed. I have bought 3 Internal Combustion engines from you guys and two of them have had ignition system failures within a short time of purchase. That is a failure rate of 60%. The manufacturer REALLY needs to look at the ignition reliability issue with these engines! I want to purchase two (2) new ignition systems in the hope that one at least works, but there is no spare part listed on the website and Banggood will not supply me with the part number so that I can order replacements. It is all EXTREMELY frustrating!”

“WARNING: FAKE PRODUCTS TO HIGH PRICE I bought eight MG996R Metal Gear Digital High Torque Servo 55g for RC model Airplane (60 $). They where all FAKE and LOW quality servo´s sold as original quality servo´s / high price. Pictures of the product was manipulated in the advertising on Banggood (brand name erased) ! I tried to contact customer service for a refund without any solution. They did not trust me as a customer ! Banggood states that they only sell original and quality - FAR FROM TRUTH ! Beware. I tried to warn other customers from using their money on FAKE products - but my review was newer published. I think Banggood only publish positive reviews. PLEASE BE AWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - DON´T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON FAKE PRODUCTS !!!”

“According to my order number 86221411 I was very disappointed and frustrated because I ordered an electric bike, it came with a problem with the lights and the warranty was supposed to fix it, I followed all your instructions, sent the videos and proofs of the issues and you never offered me a solution and also ignored my emails. Finally I decided to fix it on my own, spent money on it, so at the end something cheap turned into something expensive. Thanks for nothing.”

“I bought a drone 3 weeks ago. I had problems connecting the controller with the drone. the drone failed in midair and fell. He has broken a leg, and he continues to have problems with the controller. I don't know who to turn to, because I live in Spain and I don't speak English”
