“Unfortunately, my customer service experience was not good. The only item that was not supposed to be included was the 5V/1A USB adapter. However, my two packages did not include the magnet as shown in this uploaded photo. I tried and tried to get that part but to no avail -- I got stoned walled. I had to purchase magnets at almost 1/2 the price of the whole unit to get the sensor to work! The magnets can be purchased in lots of 10 at Amazon for $6.06. I'm sure in China this part is less than $0.10 a piece. Why I got stoned wall over this is beyond my comprehension. The good news was that every thing worked as advertised. Except for that little part, it would have been a five start experience.”

“Over the past 4 years I have ordered more than 30 different things from banggoods. Everything I order always arrives in good condition. A couple times packages was a little banged up but that's shipping. I will continue to order from banggoods. Good job banggoods”

“Excellent service. I had a faulty Main Power Supply module. After placing a video of the fault, Banggood immediately replaced the faulty unit. I received the new one in quick time and all works perfectly. Five stars from me. I would give more if I could.”

“Generally a good store. Some items take longer, and one or two packages have been a bit the worse for wear, but that comes down to delivery, not Banggood. You need to read the deliver times carefully, as some items do state they may not arrive for several weeks, depending on the option you choose.”
