“delivery was on time and efficient, however there was a little chip on the underside of the guitar. The box was perfect, so I don't think it happened in transit to me It's not severe enough to justify sending back but a little disappointing all the same”

“The Sire Larry Carlton L7 is a remarkable piece of kit which performs to the highest standard. Looks and sounds fab and a joy to use. On top of this, it was B stock yet totally unmarked with the packaging fully intact. Delivered quickly. First time I have used Bax and will certainly do so again should the need arise”

“They actually had stock of the custom power supply I needed for my Waldorf keyboard and at a reasonable price. However, postage costs were high for a small item and the packaging box arrived damaged with a big tear in that the supply could have fallen out of. I suspect that this was done deliberately somewhere in the postal system because the box had Bax Music all over it and someone thought there might be something valuable inside. I would suggest Bax use postal boxes that are anonymous to stop this happening.”
