“Not happy at all. I have not received my item that cost over £300. No information about where it is or what’s happening. I may never use Bax again. I have been waiting patiently for nearly two weeks!”

“They actually had stock of the custom power supply I needed for my Waldorf keyboard and at a reasonable price. However, postage costs were high for a small item and the packaging box arrived damaged with a big tear in that the supply could have fallen out of. I suspect that this was done deliberately somewhere in the postal system because the box had Bax Music all over it and someone thought there might be something valuable inside. I would suggest Bax use postal boxes that are anonymous to stop this happening.”

“Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Discount Practices I initially ordered two items with the intent of keeping the one I liked best. The company offered a discount, which influenced my decision to make the purchase. However, applying the discount turned out to be much more complicated than expected. Despite my clear request, the customer service team did not provide a any response. Instead, they made the process unnecessarily complicated and failed to offer a simple solution. Adding to my frustration, I requested a return label for and have been waiting for days without any response. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. It's clear that the company uses discount codes to attract customers, but then makes it difficult to apply them. Furthermore, their return process and customer service are severely lacking. Due to this negative experience, I will not be ordering from BAXMUSIC again. I advise others to be cautious when dealing and to be prepared for potential issues with returns and customer service.”

“Hi Guys, I ordered a music stand for my digital piano, together with a piano stall and a useful piano cover, to keep the piano dust free when not being used. I have no complaints with these items. They arrived as described and undamaged. However, I had received a message from Bax Music to inform me the items would be delivered on 28 May 2024. They included tracking information which proved to be of no use as the courier's website hadn't updated it's records. So I waited in for the items on the 28th, but no show. They were delivered on the 29 May. No message to let me know of the delay and no way for me to check via the tracking info. Must do better Bax Music! Regards, John.”

“I ordered a Fazley Outlaw Maverick guitar from Bax Music recently The guitar arrived 2 days later (as promised) and was boxed really securely. Whole experience was faultless from start to finish and the guitar itself is excellent. Would recommend.”

“I have purchased the odyssey flight case for my flx10, for the price I have paid, I am pretty disappointed with the quality especially the finish around the angle joints, they are not flush, rather some are sticking out, I don't think this was caused during transportation, even though the box has had a knock and there is a hole on one side. The sticking parts are at opposite sides.”

“A small item packed in a huge box. I did wonder why the postage was so expensive. The item was a little bashed up but still functional. There was zero packaging cushioning inside the box, so it just rattled around in there!”

“I ordered an Electro-Harmonix String9 pedal through Bax Music. It was a cheaper price than all other outlets and it arrived in just a few days. I'm very happy. It was well packaged and sounds great! I thoroughly recommend buying through Bax Music and will do so again myself.”

“Easy ordering and a quick free delivery, the Wavestate arrived well packed, held within it's original packaging and then in a Bax box The item I bought was B stock, but on inspection after delivery it looks new. The only indicator that it was not was the power lead had been unfolded and the little black cable tie missing.”
