“Ordered a B-stock Sire T7. It was impossible to spot any flaws in the website photos of the guitar so I took a chance on it, saving well over £100 on the best new online prices for these. I'm glad I took a punt - there's a very small light ding/mark on the neck, and totally trivial mark on one edge of the body. Nothing to be upset about IMO. If I have a minor criticism it's that BAX could have focussed on these in their pics (just for the avoidance of doubt), but given I could have returned the guitar (for free) if it was an issue for me, it's impossible to fault them really. And free next day delivery is the icing on the cake in terms of BAX service.”

“Tension bolts were rusty on brand new items. They don't grip too well and take considerable time to fit and remove. Design choices are a little odd, considering they are made using solid & heavy duty metal etc. Just don't mount very well. The mic adjustment boom is fine, but the spring rod & tension screw idea isn't well executed. Glad they were reduced.”

“Your price was the lowest I could find for u-He Diva. Auto communication was good, with order and payment confirmation emails received quickly. However, it was disappointing to wait 24 hours for the download, your competitors offer immediate downloads. I was aware that on the product page it did state that there would be a few days delay for delivery (I ordered and paid for it on a Saturday, your web page stated delivery Tuesday whereas you did provide me with a d/load code on Sunday, which I was very happy with.) If you could fix it so that customers had an immediate download, that would make for a better customer experience. Apart from that, everything else was good.”

“Een B-stock Ayra ERO 150 BSW gekocht die volgens de website geen krassen heeft en goed zou werken, maar ontvangen met gebruikersschade en bij pan op een bepaald punt een hard geluid maakt. Tevens was de lamp ook aanzienlijk minder fel dan de andere ERO die ik had besteld. Om die reden op 5 juni een retour gestuurd, maar tot op heden niet verwerkt. Op de website staat duidelijk dat binnen 14 dagen geld word teruggestort, maar momenteel is het alweer 18 dagen. Op e-mails word niet gereageerd en telefonisch kunnen ze niks doen, ik snap dit niet.”

“On 3rd June I purchased a Fazeley Sunset series Tempest 90 with sunburst finish and roasted maple neckfor £101. Wow! what a piece o f kit that is - as good as if not better than guitars of more than double the cost. Virtually playable straight out of the box. Put new D’darrio 10-46 strings on, set up action and intonation and it’s beautifully playable. Perfect for beginners and the experienced alike. I certainly recommend this one, and Bax Music for their help, service and advice. Thank you very much”

“Hi ordered Fazley 10927 FTL Blank TE-Style Electric Guitar Body arrived quickly and was quite a good product. The problem was the wrong size neck pocket pickup cavity was for a humbucker! phoned the helpline they told me to email heard back after the third email telling me to send it back. I just want what I ordered”

“delivery was on time and efficient, however there was a little chip on the underside of the guitar. The box was perfect, so I don't think it happened in transit to me It's not severe enough to justify sending back but a little disappointing all the same”
