“The guitar I bought (Sire H7 in vintage sunburst) is superb. Been a fan of Larry Carlton for years, and since linking up with Sire these have become his main instrument. One word of warning - I do my own setups on guitars, and many need a proper setup. This one needed truss rod adjustment, out of the box. There was some funny buzzing going on at the nut end, and tweaking the rod sorted it out. I know what I'm playing with, the uninitiated would be best finding a local guitar tech to do it for them.”

“The item was showing online as delivery by Friday when I then found out after ordering it wouldn’t be delivered on Friday at all as the warehouse was based in the Netherlands. This caused it to be late for my dads birthday which is why it was ordered in the first place. Won’t use them again…if you can’t fulfill the delivery date then don’t make it look like you can on the website BAX! Nobody reads the small print so stop misleading your own customers….next time il go to gear4music!”

“guitar came in excellent condition the action was nice and all the parts was solid I was looking to fault this guitar as it was so cheap but I can't it plays great. thanks Bax music I will be buying the Outlaw Sherif Next and giving it a complete testing as well”

“I ordered a Michael Kelly Forte Exotic Java Ebony Electro-Acoustic guitar. The price was good and was delivered quickly. The quality of the guitar is very good. The only downside was the sharpness of the fret ends, a little more work was needed prior to delivery. The wooden bridge also had sharp pointed edges. overall it is a beautiful looking and good sounding instrument.”

“B stock due to damaged packaging. Uke is absolutely unmarked. Very happy. Took it to a Luthier to check set up. Near enough there out of the box. Not played yet but looking forward to it. Amp on order.”

“Clear comprehensive website. I received the equipment incredibly quickly considering I live in the Highlands in Scotland.
