“I ordered a Fazley Outlaw Maverick guitar from Bax Music recently The guitar arrived 2 days later (as promised) and was boxed really securely. Whole experience was faultless from start to finish and the guitar itself is excellent. Would recommend.”

“I have purchased the odyssey flight case for my flx10, for the price I have paid, I am pretty disappointed with the quality especially the finish around the angle joints, they are not flush, rather some are sticking out, I don't think this was caused during transportation, even though the box has had a knock and there is a hole on one side. The sticking parts are at opposite sides.”

“A small item packed in a huge box. I did wonder why the postage was so expensive. The item was a little bashed up but still functional. There was zero packaging cushioning inside the box, so it just rattled around in there!”

“Easy ordering and a quick free delivery, the Wavestate arrived well packed, held within it's original packaging and then in a Bax box The item I bought was B stock, but on inspection after delivery it looks new. The only indicator that it was not was the power lead had been unfolded and the little black cable tie missing.”

“The guitar I bought (Sire H7 in vintage sunburst) is superb. Been a fan of Larry Carlton for years, and since linking up with Sire these have become his main instrument. One word of warning - I do my own setups on guitars, and many need a proper setup. This one needed truss rod adjustment, out of the box. There was some funny buzzing going on at the nut end, and tweaking the rod sorted it out. I know what I'm playing with, the uninitiated would be best finding a local guitar tech to do it for them.”

“The item was showing online as delivery by Friday when I then found out after ordering it wouldn’t be delivered on Friday at all as the warehouse was based in the Netherlands. This caused it to be late for my dads birthday which is why it was ordered in the first place. Won’t use them again…if you can’t fulfill the delivery date then don’t make it look like you can on the website BAX! Nobody reads the small print so stop misleading your own customers….next time il go to gear4music!”
