“The reviews of the piano which we purchased lead us to Bax Music. The information on the Bax Music website was detailed and allowed us to compare the chosen model with other that they offered on the same site. It was easy to complete the purchase and we particularly liked being able to choose a set delivery date. The items were delivered in very well packed boxes with clear instructions on how to open to ensure that none of the contents were damaged. The piano was exactly as described and we are extremely happy with our purchase confident in the knowledge that Bax Music has sent us an email to ensure that should we have any queries, we can contact them in various ways.”

“I've used Bax previously and never had any issues with either the products or delivery. They also tend to be more competitively priced than other music retailers. I have recently purchased an Ibanez TMB 100 Talman black Left handed bass guitar. This was listed as a B stock product however it appears to be in perfect condition. Delivery from Bax was great as usual. I'm new to bass so can't really comment on how good it is to play however, it's an Ibanez so bound to be good!”

“Bax bought 2 sets of headphones I love them great price 1st headphones came on time great condition brilliant polite delivery guy,2nd pair came 2 days late box was a bit damaged an open, delivery guy was polite,apart from that I've got 2 pairs of headphones that I wanted,so a bit frustrateing but at the end all good no worries”

“My Fazley Meteor 25w bass amp was a bargain. However, it wasn’t as advertised: photos on the Bax website showed a reverb knob and the amp doesn’t have one! Please change that photo, Bax, you’re misleading customers.”

“The line 6 pod express bass is a great pedal when you work out how to set it up. I could not get the head phone socket to work it turned out I needed the bass volume turned up to nearly full. The fact there is no power supply is a bit poor but a look on Amazon and I found one much cheaper than the line 6 one. As long as the voltage is right and the amp rating is higher than needed you are good to go. The sounds and effects are great and it's fun playing around with different combinations. It's odd and annoying that there is no printed manual it's only available on line from line 6. Would certainly recommend Bax Music and the Line 6 pod espress bass pedal.”

“I bought a pedal from Bax Music. It had a faulty jack socket that wouldn't hold the jack. I could have fixed it myself, but didn't want to invalidate the warranty, so returned it using the Bax returns process with prepaid envelope etc. They promised me updates which never came. I patiently waited the 8 weeks they said it might take. Now the 8 weeks have passed, their customer service dept are ignoring my emails. Regrettably I will now have to spend my time going through the small claims court process.”

“I bought a DJ booth on 25/03/2024 and today it is 03/04/2024 and I am still awaiting delivery. When I bought the item it was stated delivery would be 48 hours haha, this is clearly not the case.”

“Sturdy strap, should last long. Easy to adjust. Needs a bit of oil or hand cream as it was dry and stiff but supples up ok.Expensive but you get a bit of bling for your money..and feels secure on the shoulder. Recommend if you've got the extra this will set back.”
