“To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical about ordeeing from bax. Previous reviews haven't been great and the item I was considering purchasing was £130 less than from any other store which rang alarm bells.
Prior to placing my order with bax I called and spoke to someone who answered very quickly. They assumed me that the guitar is brandnew boxed and not shop display.
I took the plunge and placed the order.
Everything from then on has been seamless. 3 days later a box arrived. Absolutely perfect condition. Brand spanking new guitar from the factory .

“I purchased a Kala UBass. It arrived on time and was really well packaged. This is the first UBass I’ve bought and I am really impressed by the quality of this instrument. The size and the strings took some getting used to but after a few days of not being able to put it down I am a convert. The gig bag is also well made. This will not replace my other basses but is a great instrument to have. Love the double bass sound you can get from this when it’s put through an amp. Bad Music are a great company to deal with, I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them.”

“I got a faulty mic from Bax, that happens sometimes it’s how it’s dealt with that defines a company. I spoke to the director directly and he just ignored me after a few emails. They will come back and tell you they were doing everything by the book blah blah but the tone and arrogance of the personel means I won’t buy anything from them again and I suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for good customer service and people with morals. Just disgusting experience from start to finish, don’t give them your money”
“Ordered a B-stock Sire T7. It was impossible to spot any flaws in the website photos of the guitar so I took a chance on it, saving well over £100 on the best new online prices for these. I'm glad I took a punt - there's a very small light ding/mark on the neck, and totally trivial mark on one edge of the body. Nothing to be upset about IMO. If I have a minor criticism it's that BAX could have focussed on these in their pics (just for the avoidance of doubt), but given I could have returned the guitar (for free) if it was an issue for me, it's impossible to fault them really. And free next day delivery is the icing on the cake in terms of BAX service.”
