“I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with BAX. I’ve bought a few items from BAX and every time I’ve bought something, there was always damage with the item. I will never use BAX again.”

“Brilliant service and communication. 48hrs delivery. Will be using BAX Music again! I ordered the Bose S1 pro+ PA speaker, BAX Music also included a UK power cable in the price (which I didn’t realise it didn’t come with so this was EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you BAX Music). Can’t recommend these guys enough!”

“Excellent. I was pleasently surprised to learn of this re-chargable replacement claimes to last up to 20 hours on a charge, as opposed to the 8 batteries in a clamped holder's 5 hours...You could say, this is a good stride forward, so to speak. Now, looking forward to the next charge, instead of have to buy so many batteries for the same period.”

“Nothing wrong with Bax Music ,it’s just the accordion gig bag I purchased, One review said it fits like a glove, that’s the problem it fits too tight I’m having Difficulty sipping it up,could do with having a bit more wiggle room, not much room for the straps, have to be careful sipping round the corners of the keyboard liable to scratch them with sip , otherwise it’s a good sturdy well made gig bag”

“I bought a Roland Gaia 2 (not B Stock), and got a B Stock unit. The box had been opened and the re-packing was not great. There were fingerprints on the front panel. So, full price but a B Stock experience. The synth works fine, a soft cloth and a factory reset sorted that out. But it's not what I paid for... certainly my last Bax purchase. There are loads of retail options.”

“I have just recently bought a Fender Fullerton from Bax Music and last month I bought a Fazley Amplifier from them. In both instances the service has been extremely good. Placing the orders was easy and the person on the other end of the phone was pleasant and helpful, there was prompt delivery and the goods well packaged and received in good condition. I cannot fault Bax Music at all and would definitely buy from them again.”

“I had a very positive experience. Item (a Mackie keyboard amp) arrived well packed and on time via Parcelforce although we had no notification of what time approximately it would arrive! Amp is perfect for what I need. Good sound & lightweight! Excellent!”

“Bought 2 guitars already from BAX. Gretsch and Ibanez. Working guitars. Delivery fine by Parcelforce. Tracking system works well.So hits the spot on price, range and service. Website very good with plenty of detail. The only one missing is string gauge as supplied!”
