“Terrible customer service, awful returns process, you’ll have to jump through so many hoops, in the end I just thought it’s not worth it, write off the loss, they don’t want to help, just make it really difficult for the customer. I’ll never use bax music again.”

“Avoid at all costs. Netherlands based company, posing as a UK based seller. Misleading. Ordered goods 5 weeks ago, UPS lost them. After 30 emails and 10 calls, I'm still chasing my refund, even though the goods are back with Bax Shop. Terrible customer service. Shambles of a company.”

“The product was exactly what was ordered, and was delivered in excellent time, well packed and in new condition. Therefore no issues with Bax Music. However, the kit itself isn’t the best. My main critique is the guitar body, its finish and the material from which it is made - not being dissimilar to Balsa Wood - very light and soft. The neck is sturdy enough and just requires finishing and a fret dress, the metal work also appears substantial enough although I will not be able to get the kit finished for another month or so, therefore unable to comment on the pickups and switchgear. However the body has been poorly machined and where the edges of the veneer top meet the black edge binding, there are small pitted areas where the routing tool used to cut the body has obviously been blunt. Whilst I acknowledge that £72.95 (including postage) isn’t a lot for an electric guitar I would recommend any would-be builders to save a bit more money and buy a cheap ready built squire guitar and perhaps modify that, to the individuals requirements. Guitars kits such as this, to arrive at a reasonable standard for playing need further work and I would say are not for a novice builder. Hope this is helpful Bill F.”

“Very quick response to my purchasing of the Korg EK50L Arranger Keyboard as I have taken delivery of this great instrument within 6 days of placing my order!! Plus I was kept fully updated on where my delivery was at any given time. Also I have received emails already from Bax wanting to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and asking me for any other comments or suggestions I would like to make concerning the smoothness of my purchasing experience with Bax. It's amazing for a shop to want to go to all the trouble of keeping in touch with a buyer solely for the purpose of making sure that I am happy with my purchase or if I have any further questions? That's a really nice gesture on behalf of the seller!! I'm very pleased with Bax and especially my new Korg EK50L. Thank you very much. Live long and prosper. Brian John Ainsworth”

“Prompt delivery of my order - the box was a bit battered and wasn’t sealed on arrival, surprised something hadn’t fallen out and with no packing and the box seemingly made up from bits of cardboard taped together I was pleasantly pleased that the casters weren’t damaged. Either way an overall happy shopping experience.”
