“Shocking Handling and packaging. Damage to manufacturers box on two corners (dropped twice ?) Outer box three times the tascam box size and limited bubble wrap only half filled. contents obviously allowed to slide around during handling. NO `fragile` or Handle with care` stickers. Very disappointing and whilst I kept - and are now using the unit I non the less keep my `fingers crossed` all the time so I am unlikely to order again.”

“I cannot review my guitar and case purchased from Bax Music as after eighteen, yes EIGHTEEN days of ordering an in-stock guitar and case I still haven't received my purchase. Not only have I not received them, but they haven't even been sent out by Bax for delivery. After three unreturned telephone calls and e-mails that take three days to respond to I am still waiting for Bax to ship the items from their warehouse. Eighteen days and waiting for a guitar and case that are both in stock ?????? A truly appalling service amid non existent customer service, my suggestion to future potential customers: SHOP ELSEWHERE Andrew Mott order number 6758879 placed on 5th April still awaiting shipment on the 23rd April”

“I have been searching for a decent a fair price for this piano for a long time and Bax had it at a reasonable price, even though it was B stock the piano came with nothing wrong that I could see. The delivery was fast and the delivery company kept you informed of time frames etc. Really recommend”

“Great service from Bax, had an issue with the delivery but the Bax customer service was prompt and highly efficient in resolving the issue. Lead was delivered after Bax got onto Hermes ( the delivery people) and I got a full refund on the delivery charge with no aggro and the lead is exactly what I needed, brilliant service and I am a very happy customer”

“I was so impressed with my kit that I bought from the store. The quality of the sound and easy set up enable my vocals to hear themselves properly through the kit. The delivery was so fast which I get my kit before the day I suppose to gig so I recommend to anyone to check out their stock. Thanks for your service.”

“This was my first order with Bax Music. Delivery was prompt and the item was as described. Unfortunately my second order isn't going as well as the item is on a long delivery, which I was not advised about at the time of order, and I have been charged for the item even though I will not receive it for weeks.”
