No update to say that Hermes could not deliver the item , emailed umpteen times, no reply, phoned numerous times, spoke eventually to an employee, who said they would chase Hermes for a reason why they could not deliver the item, NO UPDATE SUPPLIED!!! I am still waiting after 2.5 weeks for an answer as to where my item is, still cant get through on their phone number and its just a waste of time emailing them, terrible company to deal with, will never recommend them and will never buy from them again”

The reason for me to spend some of my time writing a review over Trustpilot for Bax Music is because the item has successfully delivered on time. There might be a lot of reviews over social media that mention that they didn't get their product, the product wasn't successfully delivered. Here are few things that consumer should need to understand, Bax Music will need to arrange the deliveries once the order has been made but bear in mind is not base in the United Kingdom. If you need your item urgently, please do pay some for the deliveries under the option instead of choosing a FREE delivery service. You can blame them later on for why the order is not successfully delivered as they can only provide an estimation on their website and definitely is not accurate at all. Here is some advice, if you really want your item received within a 99.9% promise delivery lead time. Please choose either just UPS standard that will really speed up everything.”

Ordered an Arturia Beatstep Pro and was delivered on due date - thanks although disconcertingly there was little communication regarding the item being dispatched until I received a text the night before. Maybe something that can be improved on? Anyway, BAX delivered, not just on time but on price as well. I’m not retailer loyal as I will try and get the best deal but if you’re not in a hurry then BAX is a go-to.
Now on to the Beatstep Pro. It arrived well packed in recyclable cardboard and was not damaged. For an ‘old school’ synthesist this unit ticks all the boxes for sequencing and connectivity. Appreciate there are other sequencers available that can do the job, maybe even better but it works for me. Ideal for sequencing “on the fly”. The learning curve isn’t too steep but in order to get the best out of it will undoubtedly take time. A great unit from Arturia, to be recommended for any midi/CV setup and is fun to use.”
“Should of read the reviews prior to ordering from these Fools! Purchased a Pioneer Controller on Sat 19th June RRP £540 Bax Price £487, to be delivered the following Wednesday. Had an Email from Bax saying that they’ve handed the parcel over to Hermes on The Sunday. Kept on checking the order with the tracking number provided to it saying the same thing everyday surpassing the due delivery date on Wednesday 23/6. Had to chase both Hermes and Bax to no avail. Called them on Thursday 24/6 for them to say they can’t refund me or anything as it’s been handed over to Hermes. Checked the app later night to get an update saying that Hermes have received it and that it’ll be delivered Tomorrow Friday 25/6. Get an Email from Bax to say it’s now with Hermes which I already knew. Lo and behold it’s now Friday and nothing has been delivered, with the app saying that it’s out for delivery for it to say somewhat later it’s too big and A Hermes Specialst courier will deliver it within 48 Hours. It’s now Monday 28th and with no product and Bax having the audacity to say we hope you’re enjoying your product in email sent today!?? Are you Taking the Biscuit? Don’t bother saving money and buy from a UK Retailer. They nearly made me miss a big gig that I had been booked for the weekend and went to Westend DJ as they’re always on point. Let’s see what they have to say and even it they acknowledge this review! As their Customer service and after sales are Abysmal!”
“Ordered midi keyboard. So far only a plug adapter has arrived, indicating it is not a uk model. The adapter was delivered after the due delivery date and I am yet to see the keyboard. I have phoned and emailed days ago but not had a reply yet.”

“Really an excellent service, the guitars that bax sell ie: budget maybe very well priced but trust me you wont be dissapointed, recently purchased a Fazely tele which is finished better than my tele squire and sounds just as good for a fraction of the price ! on the strength of that purchace i brought the Fazely headless guitar, which honestly i would put up against my stienberger any day of the week, its amazing ! i wish i had found Bax earlier, i would have saved myself a fortune ! easy to use website, updates on deliveries and pretty much from ordering to front door in a week, 100% excellent service, my number 1 goto for new kit, but dont go on my words alone, check them out, and if your not impressed which i highly doubt then the returns process is quick and easy too, i rarely leave reviews but for Bax and the overall service i felt i had to, they deserve it 100%”
