“I purchased a replacement drum skin for my Korg Wavedrum, I was having trouble trying to find the Korg recommended Remo Fibreskyn head, but Bax had it for sale no worries. It arrived really quickly, best drum skin I've ever played, I'll definitely buy from Bax again, thank you!!”

“Terrible service, terrible customer service, I’ve been emailing, calling and finally got a reply on Twitter because it’s been over a week and our digital mixer still hasn’t even arrived at hermes. Absolutely fed up and tremendously disappointed in the lack of care and urgency of this company. Will never shop here again and neither should you.”

“I wouldn’t even bother ordering from this company as I’m Ten days in and still my Antelope by Zengo hasn’t arrived and customer services can’t tell me where it is the tracking has been on stage 1 of the shipping since I ordered it. They won’t give me my money back even though they know I haven’t received the good and said they are starting a investigation which could take up to another 3 days. Then once they have concluded that it could take up to a week to get my money back meaning they would have had my money for 17 days. To top it all off they have sent me a review email asking about the product and my experience, the only reason I’ve given 1 star is because you have to. I’ve now ordered it with DV247”

“Ten days ago I placed an oreder for a Rode Caster Pro the order was placed with Bax Music I choose Bax after checking the price on many sites and Bax came top. Now in the past I have gone with the cheapest company and this had resulted in some very bad experiances so it was only after checking revues I choose to use Bax and i am glad I did from the moment the order was placed to delivery Bax kept me kept in the loop by email.The product arrived in a very strong outer box padded in order to protect the box with the Caster Pro, i have never recived a package so well protected all in all i give Bsx Music 5 out of 5 stars for service and deliverability.”

“I was promised delivery of a guitar… I was promised delivery of a guitar case last Friday the 7th May , it is now the 11th May and I see by the tracking that the courier has not yet even received the package. Very disappointing and also lead to me having to give my own customer a much more expensive case. As yet not even had a reply to my email? “This is the worst musical instrument/audio equipment shop I have ever dealt with in 35 years as a musician/producer/audio engineer. Their customer service is virtually non existent. The order I placed was 2 weeks late. I had to send it back for a refund and then had to wait a month for it to be processed. It took me 18 phone calls to Bax Music to get it sorted. The refund wasn't agreed until I threatened legal action. They screen calls to make sure that they do not have to speak to you right away, they do you off with a "receptionist who can't deal with any enquiries" who then promises call backs. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!”

“Bax Music packed my order in a box that was several times too large (we're talking about a ~1.7m long box for a ~0.5m long item), completely open and with huge metal staples sticking out at odd angles. The staples cut my hand open while moving the stupidly large box inside. The item inside was not sealed in any way. Hard to recommend them after this.”

“Marvellous little tuner , bought this to replace an identical one I bought in Japan twelve years ago . It works very well , convenient to use when your out and about , it's not a replacement for a serious chromatic tuner , but will sort out wayward guitars when your not at home with no means of tuning a guitar . My main qualm was the extraordinary high postage rate charged , that lost it two stars .”
