The telecaster itself is perfectly fine and plays well however the pickups could be a lot better as it doesn't sound like a telecaster should

Bought the Fender cover for the Rumble 100 as it was on a good offer. Fits perfectly and you can access the handle when it's on. There isn't any padding so if you are a working musician you might look for something more substantial but it will keep the dust off and prevent any scuffs etc. Arrived in just a couple of days which suggests some of the brexit issues have been sorted now (the Rumble 100 Amp took almost 3 weeks which I ordered just as the new import rules were being established).

If it was possible to give a negative number of stars I would. I placed an order for a Fender Squire guitar & amp pack plus guitar stand on 7th February 2021 advertised as next day delivery, as the order was placed the delivery changed to a three day delivery. I thought that I was supporting a UK company, so I was surprised to find that the items were actually being shipped from the Netherlands. The items did arrive at the UPS depot in Stanford Le Hope, Essex on the 9th February 2021 but no attempt to deliver was made. After contacting Bax regarding this unacceptable delay I cancelled the order on the 13th February and requested an immediate refund. I was advised to just wait and refuse to accept the delivery when the items arrived and they would be returned to sender & a refund issued. I suggested that Bax contact UPS directly & arrange for the items to be redirected as return to sender, unbelievably they said that they did not know how to do that. So I contacted UPS directly to obtain the information for returns & forwarded this information to Bax to action, which they did & the parcels have been redirected. Several phone calls & emails later and no reply to last email & no resolve so I was left with no option but ask my bank to start drawback proceedings. The bank made a full refund two days later. One item, I don’t know which has been returned to Holland the other is still sitting in the UPS depot. This order was placed on 7th February and today’s date is 8th May.

Yamaha psre463 has uneven gaps between keys.return process is impossible i have no printer.so am stuck with badly made keyboard.

I BOUGHT REASON 11, A MOUNTH AFTER STILL NOT PRODUCT. THEY ONLY GAVE ME THE REGISTRATION CODE BUT NOT THE LICENSE NUMBER. THEY DONT REPLY EMAILS, PHONE CALLS ARE ONLY TO RECEPTION AND THEY SOLVE NOTHING, NOT EVEN WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND. I HAVE STILL NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE.

The double french horn I purchased arrived on time and in good condition. The price was amazingly low and the quality of the instrument very good for the price. The return and refund arrangements are very generous and client friendly, enabling a prolonged period of testing before having to accept the transaction.

My order was made before 11pm on the day with a promise that it would be delivered by weds the 28 April Hadn’t arrived by the 30th so I called Bax explaining the situation They were very apologetic but I said if they can’t keep the promise of delivery by the courier( that they blamed for the delay) then they shouldn’t say it on the website! I was very annoyed that it didn’t arrive when they said it should! They did proceed to give me £10 off next purchase but when I tried to use it it didn’t work! Very dissatisfied customer!! Piece of kit I bought is great though

Purchased Transcend StoreJet 2TB external drive, order placing with Bax Music was good, parcel delivery to collect point was delayed by few hours but collected it from collection point was easy. However, on using the device the Transcend software for managing backup did not work even after updating the software. Just using it as a normal external drive which is good as normal. Would recommend Bax Music but device without Transcend can be purchased any where.

Ordered on the 23rd April, expected 3 - 4 business days, still no parcel, Contacted cust services who to be fair investigated,then email from hermes they have parcel then received another one to say its delayed again and no idea when will be delivered, have they even got it? will not use again over a week later and im still waiting for products with no idea when they will be received, shame because it seems here your courier company have let you down on your promises

I cannot review the product as it only arrived on the 30th in the afternoon As it has passed through a few hands I am hoping the belated present is ok and makes up for the late birthday present May add to the Bax site once partner opens and in one piece

Delivery should have been on Monday, finally arrived on Thursday after I had to chase delivery. Spoke to Bax, ( not very helpful) was promised compensation for late delivery , not received anything. Their prices are good but delivery is terrible, will buy fro Uk companies in future.

I bought a brand new guitar with Bax-music and they've sent me one with rusty tuning pegs. That's fine, these things happen. I get it might not be their fault. I've sent them the guitar back and they haven't refund me the money yet, even though, they've said they would. Really difficult to get to their costumer's service. Their price is a little bit cheaper, that's true. But now, I don't have my money and I don't have my guitar that I bought more than a month ago. I can't believe these people are still on business. If you need a reason to feel the blues, bax is the the place to go. But if you want to make music, just go somewhere else.
