“Did a lot of research and found that Bed Planet offered the best online price than anyone else. Received bed in time frame as described on website with no issues. Did call with a question and the person I spoke with was very courteous and was able to give me all the information I requested without hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a bed. This is not a paid review I am just very pleased with this company. Thank you Bed Plant I love my adjustable bed!”

“Ordered 2 Twin XL and saved lots of money. Already knew what we wanted so very happy with our purchase. Sales rep was very nice and made a great deal over the phone. Delivery service was only 3 stars. Delivery guy acted as if the "white glove" service was not really their job and the job they were doing (removing mattress and packaging) was as a favor to us and not normally their job. I think they were angling for a tip.”

“The entire experience with Bedplanet.com for ordering this mattress was excellent. Their web site allowed for easy evaluation of the various mattresses providing informative details including for any desired accessories. The ordering process was easy. Once the order was placed, Bedplanet.com provided excellent communications with immediate emails that included details and documentation for the order placed, shipping, delivery and installation processes. The same occurred with the local company employed to perform the delivery and installation of the mattress.”

“Product arrived and we are very happy with our purchase. There was a mixup with delivery and we only received one of two of our packages. The company immediately corrected the problem and the second package arrived the following day. All is good.”

“It's not often that you find a retailer with good customer service, but BedPlanet is awesome. For being an online website and not my local store they sure did treat me like they were right around the corner from me. I took them up on their 101 Night Comfort Guarantee on a Sealy mattress I purchased and without any questioning or argument they swapped it out for a different one. Quick delivery and delivered in exactly the time frame quoted. I'll be a customer for life!”

“My new base fully met my high expectations. I have a custom made platform bed and the frame fit into it like a glove. It is recessed and looks like it was custom made for the platform bed. I did not find any other adjustable frame that met my rigid criteria. I received a fair price and good service from BedPlanet.”

“Was worried about ordering a mattress online but It was 400 dollars cheaper than the local store and set up was free and they even would take away our old mattress for free! Great Experience and product was perfect. The delivery guys were really nice and even took their shoes off without me asking!!”

“Lowest price I could find on my mattress so thought I'd give them a try. Mattress was slightly damaged in shipment to the local delivery agent. I called the customer service line and they arranged for an expedited delivery of a replacement mattress, which was received within a few days. New mattress was delivered and the old one removed with no issues at all. Pleasantly surprised at the ease of resolving this problem and couldn't be happier!”
