“I was really impressed with Bed Planet's customer service. I wanted to follow up on my order's anticipated arrival date, and the gentleman I spoke with was courteous and even called me the next day to ensure I was able to connect with the shipping company. It felt like I was dealing with a small, local business. The mattress arrived in excellent condition. Very happy that we were able to find such a deal - a little over half the price of the big mattress store's "sale" price. Thanks!”

“The shipping was excellent, the guys did an excellent job of bringing in the mattress, which weighs 150 lbs, and set it up with no problems. Everything from the purchase to the delivery went great. The mattress was just what we were expecting, very comfortable. Bed planet is an excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks everybody. Well done.”

“When I purchased my mattress frame the legs were 9 inches. The mattress came up to my hip. Now with the smaller bed legs, the mattress is a reasonable height. The product was sturdy and I am very pleased with the outcome.”

“After searching at my local retail stores for a bed I finally found one that I liked and wanted to purchase. There was a Labor Day Sale happening and every store had the same exact price but I decided to go online to see what I could find. While Bed Planet had the same price I still had some questions for them and they wowed me with their knowledge and how warm and appreciative they were of my potential order. I even asked a couple of questions that I already knew the answer to and they aced the test! Another reason I decided to go with Bed Planet is when they pointed out I would be saving the sales tax which in my county is very high. It seems as though there are mattress stores on almost every corner, but when you have a place like Bed Planet why would you go anywhere else?!!”

“Very good experience. Delivery was made within the designated time period - in fact, I was told I'd be 1st delivery of the day so I could arrange my schedule accordingly, a big plus. Most give you a 3 or 4 hour time frame but won't commit to honing in more specifically. All went smoothly. The product, a mattress, was as expected re firmness, etc. and I'm quite satisfied.”
